What do you like best about Follett Facilities Schedules?

Our school district began using ML Schedules and Work Orders in 2023. We have seen a lot of value in using ML for facility reservations for all of our internal and external groups. It's calendar is very beneficial for all of our district staff to have access and be able to know who is in all district spaces at all times. It's very user friendly and communicates well with all facility users involved. The customer service response time is very quick and I receive answers to any questions or issues that I might have very quickly which is very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Follett Facilities Schedules?

I believe because there are so many options and functions it can be a little confusing when filling out and submitting requests. However, some of these issues is on our end and the guidelines that we set as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Follett Facilities Schedules?

I like the ways different elements are broken down to focus on the logistics needed for a particular event. It also has a very useful cross-check feature so you can get a quick look at potential conflicts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Follett Facilities Schedules?

It's very unforgiving when it comes to going back to correct incorrect entries.

When I need to use multiple rooms for an event at our campus, I have to enter the exact same info for every room; some sort of batch function would save me valuable time. It would also be nice to have it integrated more readily across platforms -- like some sort of access from my Google calendar. It would also be great if we could save our entries, since events often repeat year-after-year, and it would be, again, a wonderful time-saver to just go back to last year's event and just have to change the date. Works pretty well...would potentially like faster/instant approval if no reservation conflict exists Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Follett Facilities Schedules?

I do not believe there is a way to copy an event on the calendar. This would allow me to create a similar event (continuing education presentations in my case) but just change the subject heading leaving the time frame identical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to see everything at once for regular users. Not super clear for outside requesters."

What do you like best about Follett Facilities Schedules?

It is pretty easy for me, as a daily user in the building. I can see everything clearly and scheduling is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Follett Facilities Schedules?

For outside users requesting space the "setup/breakdown" time is not as straightforward. I have to contact them to be sure it it accurate so that custodial time can be scheduled appropriately.

I also wish on an individual user view I could make different groups different colors. I understand that all the different schools in our district are different, so I am sure the district users see it all in the view I wish I could see. To be able to see outside users in some way to differentiate our own building users would be super helpful in our high use school. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ML Schedules brings cohesion to our scheduling process - we used to have a discombobulated Google Calendar system, but now everything is all in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
