Mixily Reviews & Product Details

Mixily is an event management platform for independent hosts, community organizers, and small businesses who need a clean, ad-free alternative to Eventbrite and Evite. It covers the full event lifecycle: create a branded event page, collect RSVPs, send invitations, and follow up with automated email reminders — all in one place. Event pages are distraction-free by design. No third-party ads, no required guest accounts. Attendees can RSVP in one click, and organizers get a clear guest list with real-time response tracking. The platform supports both free and paid events, with built-in ticketing, calendar sync, and customizable RSVP forms. Mixily is built for recurring use. Hosts can manage multiple active events, send bulk emails to guest lists, and create listing pages to showcase upcoming events in one shareable location. It works for in-person gatherings, virtual events, and hybrid formats. Pricing starts free (2 active events, 40 RSVPs/event) and scales through Lite ($19/mo), Pro ($29/mo), and Plus ($79/mo) plans. All plans include cancel-anytime flexibility with no long-term contracts.
