"Managing Patient Follow Ups and Clinic Communication Became More Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media and patient awareness. What I like best about Missive is that it helps me keep all my communication and daily work organized in one place without making things complicated. In my daily work, I handle patient follow-ups, online consultation queries, diet plan discussions, appointment reminders, and health content planning. Missive makes this easier because emails, tasks, notes, and conversations stay properly organized together, so I do not need to switch between multiple apps again and again.

The interface is clean and very easy to use, so getting started did not take much time. I use it regularly for managing follow up tasks, pending replies, and daily clinic communication. Features like task management, shared inbox, reminders, conversation tracking, and internal notes are genuinely useful for my type of work and feel connected to real workflow instead of extra unnecessary features.

I also like that related conversations stay together, which helps me quickly check previous patient discussions or content related communication without confusion. Performance is also smooth for daily work. Even while handling multiple conversations, follow-ups, and tasks together, the platform feels stable and easy to manage during busy clinic hours. Overall, Missive helps me manage clinic communication, patient coordination, and health education related work in a more organized, clear, and professional way. What do you dislike about Missive?

I do not have many major issues with Missive, but sometimes when there are too many active conversations and tasks together, finding older discussions can take a little extra time. A few settings and workflow options also need some initial adjustment based on personal work style. Other than that, it fits well into my daily clinic communication and follow-up routine. "Helpful for managing asset acquisition communications"
5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

Managing fixed assets means I'm constantly coordinating with purchasing, ops, and vendors about buying equipment, getting rid of old stuff, or moving things around. Having all those conversations in one centralized spot makes tracking everything way easier. Plus when I'm out, my backup can jump in and answer vendor questions about asset paperwork without hunting me down first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Missive?

Would save a ton of time if it connected directly to our asset management system - right now I'm manually matching up asset tags between the two platforms. I also wish the file handling was more visual, especially when dealing with equipment photos and supporting docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Breaks down team communication barriers effectively"
5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

Collaborating live is probably the biggest selling point. When a complicated customer problem lands, I can pull our tech folks into the conversation using private comments right there in the thread. Saves all the back-and-forth forwarding and nothing gets lost in translation. The automated routing that sends different request types to the right people is also really helpful. What do you dislike about Missive?

Getting comfortable with the more advanced features takes longer than using regular email. It took us a few weeks before everyone was consistently using all the collaboration tools the way they’re meant to be used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Team Communication and Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

I use Missive for communication, and it works quite well for email conversation with its built-in task creation and team discussion. I like its easy-to-use UI, which solves email problems that our team faced with webmail. What I liked the most is the in-email conversation feature with teams and the ability to keep an eye on emails without being tagged or CC'd. The initial setup for Missive was super easy for me. What do you dislike about Missive?

I have no improvement suggestions nor I dislike something about Missive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Asset coordination finally has a paper trail"
5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

Fixed asset work pulls in purchasing, ops, and vendors all at once - equipment purchases, disposals, transfers - and keeping track of all those moving pieces used to mean digging through different inboxes. Having it centralized makes the coordination manageable. Backup coverage has also gotten much cleaner; when I'm out, whoever's covering can handle vendor questions about asset paperwork without needing to track me down first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Missive?

A direct connection to our asset management system would save a meaningful amount of time - manually matching asset tags between two platforms is tedious and error-prone. Better file handling would help too, particularly for equipment photos and supporting documentation where a more visual layout would make things easier to navigate. "One inbox for everything IT touches"
5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

Every communication channel the IT team touches - vendor support cases, internal helpdesk requests, infrastructure escalations - lives in one place now. Switching between them is instant and the full conversation history is always there, so whoever picks up a thread has the context they need without tracking down the person who started it. The @mention feature for pulling in a network engineer or security specialist directly inside a thread has cut our internal response time considerably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Missive?

The integration with our ITSM platform still has rough edges. Ideally a resolved email thread would automatically update the corresponding ticket, but right now that sync happens manually which creates extra steps at the end of every resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Shared Inboxes and Internal Chat Transformed Our Team Communication"
5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

The shared inboxes and internal chat features have completely transformed how our team handles communication. Instead of forwarding emails back and forth or jumping to a separate chat app, we can discuss a client's email right next to the thread itself. The ability to collaborative-draft responses in real-time saves us hours each week and ensures our messaging is always aligned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Missive?

While the desktop app is incredibly powerful, the sheer number of features creates a bit of a steep learning curve for new team members during onboarding. Additionally, the mobile app interface can occasionally feel a bit cramped and less intuitive to navigate compared to the seamless experience on the desktop version. "Every client account in one place, finally"
5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

Separate inboxes per client account means switching between them is clean and instant - you land in a client's inbox, and the full picture is right there without any hunting. The @mention feature has changed how fast we pull in the right people, too; looping in someone from tech or billing happens inside the thread instead of spawning a whole separate conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Missive?

Collaborative drafting gets murky when several people are editing at once. Tracking who changed what isn't always obvious, and while comments help fill the gap, it's not a complete solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A reliable shared inbox"
5/5
What do you like best about Missive?

Missive does an incredible job of bringing email and team collaboration into one cohesive space. The standout feature is definitely the side-by-side chat, which lets us align internally on client threads without the tool-switching fatigue of Gmail and Slack. Unifying email and SMS into a single inbox streamlines our communication and completely eliminates messy forward loops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Missive?

What I like most is how seamlessly Missive combines email, team chat, and collaboration in one place. Instead of constantly switching between Slack and Gmail, everything happens inside the same thread. The internal comments feature is especially useful - we can discuss emails privately before replying, which avoids confusion and duplicate responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
