## Missive Reviews
  ### 1. Keeps our project communications organized and accessible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** narinder b. | Account Executive, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Being able to manage all our project-related communications in one organized space is game-changing. I love that I can see conversations across different projects, assign tasks directly from emails, and keep internal discussions separate from client-facing messages.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The integration library could be broader - there are a few tools we use that don't have native connections yet. Also, when you're part of many shared inboxes, the left sidebar can get pretty crowded.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to collaborate on responses before sending has also improved our professionalism with clients. We're more responsive, more coordinated, and clients have noticed the difference.

  ### 2. Private Chats on Every Email Make Collaboration Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brion D. | Maintenance Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

The ability to have private chats with my co-workers on each email.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I haven't really found much that I don't like. If anything, I would say the search feature. It takes a long time to load things and can't filter very well.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for better communication between departments and to collaboration when multiple people need to be involved.

  ### 3. Easy, Standardized Team Communication with Stellar Missive Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive has made communication both internally and externally for our operations team easy and standardized. The onboarding and learning curve is simple and the support form Missive is stellar.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

So far, we haven’t experienced any downsides. The integration process was straightforward, and the performance has been good.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team workflows were fragmented, our email was disorganized, and we kept running into issues with the team inbox. With Missive, we’ve been able to address each of these areas and resolve them successfully.

  ### 4. Missive Unifies Team Communication and Streamlines Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive keeps our whole team aligned by bringing every conversation into one shared space.
We can collaborate on drafts in real time, making communication faster and more accurate.
It gives us a single source of truth for email, chats, and tasks, which has streamlined our workflow dramatically. As well, the service is industry best, no other company responds or helps as quick and efficiently as their team.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The only item but minor, is running multiple different companies under one primary account with different sub brands. We just end up having multiple subscriptions.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive eliminates communication silos by letting our team collaborate directly inside email threads, shared inboxes, and templates.
It speeds up our customer response times because anyone can see conversations, use shared templates, draft replies together, and respond instantly.
It creates a single source of truth for all client communication, reducing errors, duplication, and back-and-forth.

  ### 5. Makes Team Email Collaboration and Task Assignment Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meg R. | Wedding Coordinator and Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

It's really helpful to assign work to colleagues and also to be able to write notes on emails between the team so everyone can understand what is happening with it. When I've had an issue, the customer support service was quick and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Things sometimes feel a bit messy and when assigning sometimes it can create more than 1 email.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Similiar to my above comment.

  ### 6. Helpful for managing team inboxes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonu M. | Senior Financial Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive helps our team stay aligned when multiple people are touching the same inbox. We use internal comments a lot to leave context instead of sending side messages. Assignments make it obvious who owns a reply, which helps during shift changes. Having email and team chat together cuts down on switching tabs all day.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Notification settings take some trial and error before they feel right. The interface also feels a little dense at first.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to struggle with tracking who was responsible for shared emails. Now we can assign conversations and see progress instantly. That reduced missed messages and follow-up questions. Our response times are more consistent than before.

  ### 7. Couldn’t Be Happier Overall

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clarice G. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

The team chat is an impressive feature that helps us communicate seamlessly and coordinate actions in a more effective way.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Finding old or sent emails is a challenge that could be improved. Also, a proper spam folder would be helpful, not just a tag.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive helps us centralize communication and collaborate more efficiently as a team. Instead of managing emails and internal discussions separately, we can coordinate directly within conversations, assign tasks, and stay aligned in real time. This improves response times, reduces back-and-forth, and makes our workflow more organized and effective overall.

  ### 8. Essential for Streamlined Team Communication and Organization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive has become an essential tool in our daily work. It makes team communication much easier, clearer, and better organized, especially when handling a high volume of emails and internal coordination.

Everything happens in one place, nothing gets lost. Highly recommended for teams that rely on structured communication and project based work.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

There is only a business option. I would love to use Missive in my personal life so I can organise my emails more easily.

Also, the search feature does not display all emails containing a given keyword. We often have to look in our Gmail accounts to find specific emails.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can tag emails on projects, so if someone is off sick or has the day off, everyone can continue working on the project.

  ### 9. Clean Interface, Easy Setup, and a Joy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J T. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

The clean interface and the ease of implementation we were up and running within minutes and the app is so well thawed out and easy to use

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The only thing I dislike is that I did not discover Missive sooner other than that it has been perfect and we could not be happier

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our inbox had taken over we could not even keep up and we’re so disorganized we were losing important tasks and emails

  ### 10. Clean, Browser-Based Inbox That Unifies Multiple Gmail Accounts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Consolidates multiple Gmail accounts into one clean interface, works entirely in the browser, and the mobile app is genuinely good. Customer support is responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Took a little getting used to initially - it thinks slightly differently to a standard email client. Not a complaint really, just an adjustment.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can see multiple inboxes in one place and in a browser window rather than in an app. It was the only tool I could find that effectively did this.

  ### 11. Not just an email program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pippa Rose R. | Head of Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive solves nearly every problem you have with your email inbox. It suits us as a business perfectly, and will suit anyone who is used to using their inbox as a to do list. One of the best features is you don't have to forward emails all over the place to different people - tagging people in an email so they can see it makes things so much neater and allows us to have a much better filing system for emails without duplications

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

It can be a bit complicated to get your head around at first. I think for any team using missive, the difficult bit is working out how you're going to use it. There are so many features there isn't one way of using it as a team, so it's a bit of a trial and error situation to find out what works for you. However, it is basically an email program at the heart so you can just set it up as your email and slowly introduce the features as you go.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Missive solves is being able to easily share emails with different team members without having to forward them on. We also love the comments section so we can talk to people about the email without sending more emails. The log of what's happened to the email is really handy as well if it's been a bit of time since you interacted with the thread. You can also see who did what very clearly when you have a shared inbox. There's all the usual features of a great email program like snooze and remind me later, send later and pre-written responses. There's also all the logic rules you can setup to perform automations, and access to the API allows you to do even more.

  ### 12. Support team works way better together now

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NIKHIL K. | Financial Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Email threads with built-in team messaging work great. We talk through plans, write replies
together, and keep everything in one spot without making the email messy. It's basically like
Slack inside your email, but better because the chat stays connected to each email.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Reports need more details. I want better data on how fast we reply, how the team is doing,
and customer patterns. Right now the reports are pretty simple.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Number of Features, Ease of Integration, Ease of Use, Ease of Integration

  ### 13. Streamlined Email Experience That Keeps Me Productive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

I love the @ and assign feature. Being able to find emails from other departments that might be valuable and relevant to the information I need is also really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I struggle to find older, archived emails using the search bar. I usually end up opening Gmail and searching there instead to locate previous correspondence. Searching @s is also difficult.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to find emails from other departments that might be valuable and relevant to the information I need is the way Missive is benefting me the most currently.

  ### 14. Streamlines Email Management with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heidi B. | Sales and Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

I really appreciate how Missive helps me stay organized with my emails and tasks. It offers the ability to file important emails in separate folders and files, allowing me to efficiently manage my inbox. I love how I can forward emails and make private notes to my team, which is invaluable for team collaboration. Missive also helps me keep track of my calendar by providing timely alerts, ensuring I never miss important events or deadlines. The initial setup of Missive was great and very smooth, making the onboarding experience pleasant. Overall, these features make Missive incredibly valuable for my workflow.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The instructions on how to update or change a feature could be improved. They would be better if they were more clear and precise.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Missive helps me stay organized with my emails and tasks, making it easier to track important communications. It allows me to forward emails and make private notes to my team, and it alerts me of important schedule items on my calendar.

  ### 15. Clear ownership for shared emails

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** aashima j. | Senior Financial Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Internal comments reduce side conversations and keep context in one place. Assignments help during shift changes so nothing gets lost. Email and chat being combined keeps things simpler. I mostly work on desktop but use mobile when away.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Initial setup takes some time if you want rules and notifications dialed in properly. Initial setup takes time, especially organizing inboxes and rules. The mobile app feels more limited than desktop.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to miss emails or reply twice by accident. Now we clearly see who owns each message. That’s cut down on internal confusion and saved time daily. It’s easier to stay organized during busy periods.

  ### 16. The best shared inbox and team collaboration tool we’ve ever used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff R. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive completely transformed how our team manages emails, chats, and collaboration. Instead of juggling between email clients, Slack, and project management tools, everything lives in one place.

The Implementation was extremely straightforward. Connecting multiple email accounts and setting up shared inboxes took only a few minutes, with no complicated configuration required.

The shared inbox, assignment rules, and integrations (Asana, n8n, CRMs, etc.) make teamwork fluid. The ability to discuss an email internally before replying is game-changing — it keeps communication fast, professional, and context-aware.

What makes it even better is how easy it is to create integrations and adapt Missive to our exact workflows. We literally use it every single day across multiple teams and brands. And whenever we need help, their customer support is incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful. It feels less like a vendor and more like a partner in our operations.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

We don’t really have complaints. Missive is intuitive, easy to integrate with our workflows, and the support team is top-notch. At most, I’d say power users like us are always hungry for even more features, but the product already delivers beyond expectations.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive solved one of our biggest challenges: centralizing communication across multiple brands, teams, and time zones. Instead of juggling between separate email clients, chat apps, and customer service platforms, everything is unified in one place.

Shared inboxes let us assign, track, and resolve customer requests without confusion or duplicated work. Internal chat inside emails keeps our team aligned before sending replies, which ensures faster, more consistent, and more professional communication with customers.

On top of that, Missive makes it easy to manage both email and social customer service in the same workspace, so our entire customer communication history is clear and accessible. The built-in business instant messaging replaces the need for yet another tool, keeping our internal collaboration simple.

Finally, integrations with tools like Asana and n8n allow us to automate key workflows, saving time and eliminating mistakes. The result: better response times, smoother teamwork, and happier customers.

  ### 17. Comprehensive Email Management, Needs Smarter AI Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yan P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive is the ideal tool for managing client support, team collaboration, and all aspects of email within our business. It offers (almost) every feature we require, and although it is quite comprehensive, it remains easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I wish the AI integration with ChatGPT or similar tools could scan all the content in our account to provide insights, identify common issues, and suggest solutions. This would help us create more meaningful documentation and better train our AI bot. Additionally, it would be great if we could generate summaries not just for individual emails, but for entire email threads.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With this tool, we are able to handle nearly all aspects of our work, including email, teamwork, and customer service, all in one place.

  ### 18. Love the Internal Email Comments in Missive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

I really like the internal comment in an email.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

We have been experiencing an issue for the past few weeks where the Missive desktop app or browser turns into white screen when we use Calendar too long.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How accommodating their support is!

  ### 19. An Essential Email Assistant with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Etienne D. | Growth, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

As a great email assistant, Missive has been really important for our business: it helps us categorise emails, build workflows, set up auto-replies, and more.

Bonus points to their support team, which is super helpful and always available when we request new features.

I 100% recommend Missive.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Almost nothing. The UX is super smooth. Perhaps more AI directly integrated in the app.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralising all our inboxes in one place, and building workflows on incoming messages.

  ### 20. Outstanding Support and a Dependable Tool for Our Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad A. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

For over six years, Missive has been essential to our team's communication strategy. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and perfectly supports our needs for email and collaboration. What sets Missive apart is their exceptional customer support—every time we’ve reached out, the team, including Phil, has provided prompt and effective solutions.

As we upgrade our systems to support our growing business, Missive will remain our go-to tool. Its fit for our needs and outstanding support are keys to our success. I highly recommend Missive to any team looking for a powerful communication solution with responsive support.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I don't dislike the current Search Function, but I would like a better one. Also, a sidebar to display the file list would be helpful for long conversations with many files.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

save time
respond faster
reduce work-related stress with its organized system.

  ### 21. Easy to Use, Game-Changing Chat with Handy Labels and Snooze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

its easy to use, the chat feature is a game changer, and I really like the label and snooze feature.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I don’t like the new update where everyone’s snoozed emails are all in the same place. It makes it harder to search for my own email threads and find what I’m looking for.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the labels and snooze function help me stay on track of my tasks, ensuring that everything gets done when its due

  ### 22. Well-Structured and Customizable for Our Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

It's structured well and offers customizability to a decent extent

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

While the basic customizability of filters and such is nice, I feel it lacks depth in this aspect. There should be a little more freedom in how you shape the interface.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep the team consistent and makes planning easier.

  ### 23. A Powerful and Seamless Collaboration Tool That Truly Elevates Team Communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Panagiotis M. | Website Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive stands out as a powerful, well-designed collaborative email and chat platform that genuinely improves team communication. Its seamless integration of email, chat, and task management in a single interface eliminates context-switching and keeps everyone aligned. The shared inboxes, message assignments, and internal comments make collaboration fluid and transparent, while the app’s polished UX and reliability make it a pleasure to use daily. It’s clear that Missive was built by people who actually understand the pain points of managing shared communication at scale.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The pricing structure, however, feels unnecessarily punishing for growing teams. Charging $18 per user for up to five users and then jumping to $30 per user for six or more, creates an arbitrary barrier to scaling. It’s counterintuitive to make the platform less affordable precisely when a team is expanding—especially since the jump in cost isn’t tied to any major feature unlock. A more gradual or usage-based pricing model would make far more sense and align better with how businesses grow.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive solves the constant chaos of juggling emails, chats, and tasks across multiple tools. By bringing everything into one organized workspace, it eliminates wasted time switching between apps and searching for information. The ability to manage conversations, assign tasks, and collaborate directly within the same thread keeps communication clear and action-oriented. Its simplicity and intuitive design make it easy to stay organized, prioritize work, and keep the entire team aligned without friction. Ultimately, Missive saves time, reduces confusion, and creates a smoother, more efficient workflow for everyone involved.

  ### 24. Streamlined Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Erin M. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive has been a game-changer for team communication and email management. The shared inbox feature makes collaboration seamless, and I appreciate being able to assign and comment without the need for endless forwarding chains. The interface is clean and intuitive, keeping everything organized in one place and saving time.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The only drawback I’ve noticed is that the mobile app isn’t quite as smooth or fully featured as the desktop version. It works fine for quick replies, but it can feel somewhat clunky for more intensive use. Still, overall, Missive is an excellent tool that delivers on its promise of simplifying team email and communication.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive solves the headache of managing shared inboxes and team communication by keeping email, chat, and task management in one place. I can assign messages, collaborate internally, and track ownership easily. It saves time and helps keep the whole team more responsive.

  ### 25. Great tool for businesses of any size

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mihnea R. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Amazing support and app quality. Their app really helped our business streamline email operations. Apart from that, their community and customer service are top notch

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Nothing, all my experiences with them were great.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Email is scattered across our organization, and that makes it harder to collaborate on emails. With missive, we solved that issue

  ### 26. Keeps our project communications organized and accessible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brij Sen S. | Assistant Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Being able to manage all our project-related communications in one organized space is
game-changing. I love that I can see conversations across different projects, assign
tasks directly from emails, and keep internal discussions separate from client-facing
messages.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The integration library could be broader - there are a few tools we use that don't have native
connections yet. Also, when you're part of many shared inboxes, the left sidebar can get
pretty crowded.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to collaborate on responses before sending has also improved our professionalism
with clients. We're more responsive, more coordinated, and clients have noticed the difference.

  ### 27. Missive changed the way our team handles email collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna K. | Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive has truly made collaboration on shared inboxes much easier. The ability to chat internally within emails, assign tasks, and co-write replies has been a game-changer for our team. All customer messages are organized, and interdepartmental collaboration has become much more transparent. The interface is intuitive, and the onboarding process was very smooth.

Previously, we used other tools that didn’t bring good results and only made our work more difficult.
I don’t use Missive at an advanced level – I mostly support the team with selected tasks.

Ease of Use
At first, I found it difficult to navigate the interface – it felt unintuitive. Now, with time, I manage much better, but it’s definitely a tool that takes some getting used to.

Ease of Implementation
Initially, the onboarding process was quite challenging for me – at times, it felt almost impossible. Only with help from the team and some time did I manage to get comfortable with the platform.
The main team using Missive was satisfied. Previously, they had tested more complex and costly solutions that didn’t work well in our company due to the number of mailboxes we manage across different countries.

Customer Support
I haven’t had direct contact with support myself, but from what I hear, the team is happy with it.

Frequency of Use
I don’t use Missive in my daily work – mainly for supporting the customer service team or checking incoming messages that require my attention. In that regard, the information flow works very well.

Number of Features
From my perspective, there are a lot of features, but not all of them are useful to me. Sometimes it makes simple tasks harder to complete.

Ease of Integration
I haven’t been involved in integrations and don’t use them directly.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I don’t use Missive on an advanced level – mostly as support in certain tasks. It was really hard for me to get started at first; at times, it felt almost impossible to figure out.
In my day-to-day work, I often struggle to find a client in the database just by their company name – the search feature doesn’t always deliver the expected results.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive helps us manage multiple inboxes assigned to different markets and departments. It allows the marketing team to easily access customer service messages, which significantly improves the flow of information within the company. It also supports teamwork — the ability to comment on threads, assign messages, and co-write responses helps us resolve issues faster and ensures full transparency across teams.

  ### 28. Outstanding UI, Powerful Features, and Exceptional Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max R. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Excellent UI and functionality, great customer service and support. We use Missive on a daily basis to collaborate on emails across all of our teams, being able to assign messages and delegate work makes us so much more efficient and frankly it's a core part of our daily operations. We also use the API for internal tools.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The layout takes a bit of getting used to with comments/emails in a single chain, but once this is understood it's really powerful.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration, delegation, progress tracking, visibility between team members

  ### 29. Fast, good and Practical Email with Send Later option and Handy Tags

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Electronics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

I like that it's fast to send emails, it's easy and practical to use, good to use for work for communication either by email, with handy tags it makes it easier to communicate something more relevant or to go directly to that conversation , with the chat option as well. One of the nice options of Missive also is the "send later" option to prepare emails and you can chose the date and time to send it automatically without forgetting.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Sometimes (rarely)there are bugs/errors messages that doesn't allow you to use Missive but the positive is the issue is fixed very fast normally.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me it's the tool Send Later that is very beneficial.

  ### 30. Efficient Email Management and Excellent Support with Missive

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick L. | Content Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Our team has been using Missive daily for two years now to help us manage our customer support emails efficiently. It's easy to set up accounts for different users and assign them to teams. This then makes assigning emails to different teams' inboxes and other users. The rules are also easy to set up and allow us to delegate easily. Missive's support team is always extremely responsive. Integration with GPT and Trello has been nice.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I don't have anything to dislike. Every time I run into an issue, I submit a ticket, and it gets promptly addressed.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way to assign emails to specific teams and team members. This works perfectly for our use-case.

  ### 31. Missive’s Powerful Features and Excellent Support Boost Our Team’s Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan v. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

One of the greatest advantages of Missive is the wide range of functionalities it offers, such as AI integration and the ability to create automations through the Rules feature. Missive consistently remains current with frequent updates and new features, which has been a significant help for our company as we continue to grow and scale.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

We encountered a problem where Missive was loading extremely slowly because of the amount of labels we use. However, after reaching out to Missive's support team, they resolved the issue quickly. I am very impressed with their excellent support.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration of AI and the use of rules have addressed most of the time-consuming issues we faced with other email providers.

  ### 32. Collaborative Emails and Built-In Chat Keep Our Team Aligned

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

The ability to have collaborative emails with a team and the chat function within the emails.
This ensures that all staff have access to the same communication both internal and external.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The search function could be more user friendly across multiple inboxes.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one stream of communication for external clients and internal staff means that nothing is missed or overlooked which could be case when using multiple channels (eg - missive, teams, and inter office messages)

  ### 33. My first year using Missive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim C. | Music Librarian, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

The most helpful feature of Missive is being able to chat to other team members directly in email threads! I also prefer to direct message team members in many situations as opposed to starting new email chains.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I find new search interface clunky, as I find myself constantly having to click into the filters menu just to clear all. I'm sure the new more robust search features are great, but half the time when I have to clear all I don't even know what filters were active that I was clearing!

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to type chat to other members for quick answers to questions to which I don't know the quick answer, is especially helpful and timesaving!

  ### 34. Missive Transformed Our Team Communication and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

This is the best team email management system available in terms of cost, value, available features, and ongoing product updates. My company has used Front, ZenDesk, some type if Gmail Plugin for team email and self hosted Wordpress options to help manage the team email ecosystem and nothing compares to Missive. The set up and team training is completely worth the increased productivity of your team and the visibility into day to day operations. Saying that Missive is a team email management system does it a disservice. Missive is a unified communications platform that promotes team collaboration, transparency, communication task management, and offers tools that will inherently change how your organization communicates with each other and your customers.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I would not say that I dislike anything, however as with anything there is a learning curve and whoever handle operations really should be the person to learn the system first and then teach it to your users.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fragmented communication. Endless CC's, Emails to internal users asking "did you see that email" just tag them in what you want them to see. All of these things lead to increased productivity and reduces wasted time.

  ### 35. I love how easy missive makes it to manage our company wide emails!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive makes communicating with your team and managing all company emails a breeze! Me and my team use it constantly throughout the day and missive truly helps us stay on top of our emails and texts. We're a cleaning company and missive truly has helped our customer service! Their customer service team is also incredible and helpful :) Also integrates with many other softwares to make overall workflow a breeze too!

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

I haven't found anything to dislike so far!

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive helps us to have quick and efficient customer service between our texts, emails, and calls!

  ### 36. Missive is seamless collaboration and reliability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcin C. | IT Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

We've been using Missive for about two years and we're extremely pleased we discovered this tool. It wasn't easy to find a tool on the market that would gather all the functionalities we needed, be simple and quick to implement, and ensure our daily work was free of crashes and difficulties. Missive is precisely that kind of program. Since we started working with it, not once has our email flow been disrupted due to Missive errors. The system is almost faultless, intuitive, and easy to integrate with other tools, which consequently allows us to easily automate our daily work.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

If I could improve one thing, it would be the email search functionality. Sometimes it's difficult to find past correspondence if I only have, for example, a domain and not the full email address.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The intuitive interface combined with all the essential functions for multi-person team collaboration with clients has significantly streamlined client communication, and the ability to exchange internal notes has improved our internal consultation process. Missive has saved us a lot of time and nerves since we switched to this tool.

  ### 37. Not bad but definitely the product can be improved

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dario F. | Brand Protection Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

I like that it can be directly linked to other software, e.g., Asana, ChatGPT. That is very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Probably, the thing I like the least is the way emails are assigned. I worked with Zendesk for a few years, and the way to manage emails, or rather "tickets", was very efficient. With all due respect, I feel Missive can be quite messy, and conversations are not automatically forwarded to the account manager. This generates numerous issues, such as parallel communications or the need to reassign emails manually.
I must be fair and consider that it might also be a configuration issue from our IT department.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Daily communication with clients and with my team.

  ### 38. The best customer service tool of all!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paulina W. | Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Missive is such a wonderful tool that it's impossible to list all its benefits!

I've used many apps for communicating with clients, but only Missive fully met my expectations. I use it daily.
Implementing it on our team was a snap – I don't remember anyone experiencing the difficult emotions often associated with implementing other tools.
Clear labeling, rules that help keep my inbox organized and clear, the ability to create my own separate inboxes using specific filters, and the ability to merge emails from different threads – it's a tremendous improvement in my daily workflow! However, my favorite feature is the ability to leave notes in a thread – proof that this tool streamlines communication not only with clients but also within our team! After experiencing the benefits Missive offers, I wouldn't want to use any other tool ever again :).

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

There is no function in Missive that is insufficient or does not meet my expectations.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Missive, our team encountered numerous issues with other tools—our messages were ending up in our clients' spam boxes, and some messages weren't delivered at all. Missive solved all these problems. Furthermore, thanks to the ability to add notes, it improved communication within our team.

  ### 39. Seamless Team Collaboration and Organization with Missive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isolda A. | Customer Suportt Team, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

What I like best about Missive is how it allows for seamless team collaboration on emails and tasks. The shared inbox and chat features make it really easy to communicate and stay organized, which helps our team work more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

What I dislike about Missive is that some advanced features are only available on higher-priced plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams or businesses. Also, it can take a little time to get used to all the options and settings when you first start using it.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive is solving the problem of managing team emails and internal communication in one place. Before using Missive, it was difficult to keep track of conversations and tasks across different platforms. Now, everything is organized in a single app, which saves time, reduces confusion, and helps our team collaborate more effectively.

  ### 40. Great Email Notes for Team Conversations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

The notes on emails to have a conversation with the team, it saves emails going back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

It took some time to get the hang of everything, but the tutorials have been helpful.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a team we're able to communicate more efficiently using the notes feature, especially when members of the team are out of the office. Assigning tasks also helps to make your inbox a to-do list. There is still so much to learn as there are so many great features to Missive.

  ### 41. Powerful, Unified Inbox That Delivers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip H. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Powerful, unified inbox that we can use across our entire company

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Setup is challenging but if you take time it can prove to be useful

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IT's helping us cover a lot of communication

  ### 42. Managing your team email from one place is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

The shared inboxes and task assignment process work seamlessly, making it easy to manage internal communication without needing to leave email. By consolidating and reviewing both emails and web forms on a single screen, our workflow has become much more efficient. The rules and automation features, along with SLA tags and a robust search function, are particularly effective. Both the desktop and mobile apps are quick to respond, and the available shortcuts significantly enhance productivity.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

At times, we encounter delays with indexing and search, and certain reporting or statistics screens feel somewhat limited. I believe the permission matrix could benefit from greater detail. While the template and response management features are strong, larger teams might find themselves needing additional options for versioning and approval workflows.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive brings together scattered team emails into a unified inbox, making it clear who is responsible for each message and preventing conflicting or duplicate replies. By using assignment and SLA tags, every conversation is assigned an owner and a deadline, which helps speed up response times. The platform offers a comprehensive view of customer history by merging email, chat, WhatsApp, and form interactions onto a single screen. Team members can communicate internally right within the message thread using comments and @mentions, which cuts down on forwarding, CCs, and unnecessary meetings. Automated rules handle repetitive tasks like tagging, routing, and sending templates, saving time and reducing the chance of mistakes. Its robust search and filtering features make it easy to locate past cases, attachments, or contacts in seconds, while transparent activity logs and basic reporting tools boost accountability and support team training. The mobile apps allow users to respond to and assign messages even while away from their desks. Overall, Missive turns team email into a streamlined operational workflow, resulting in quicker responses, fewer mistakes, and improved customer satisfaction.

  ### 43. Missive facilitates interdepartmental collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sylwia C. | Administration Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

This program has truly allowed us to completely forget about the difficulties we faced previously when using a different program. The ability to communicate through thread notes and create categorized inboxes greatly facilitates our work, especially when combined with rules, which for me are another very big advantage of Missive. Since we implemented it in the company, my inbox partially manages itself automatically. Missive is intuitive, its interface is similar to other programs, but it includes several improvements. The ability to integrate with AI is a great simplification of daily work. It is clear that the program was designed by people who understand user needs and their potential problems.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

It would be great if it were available in a Polish language version. I don't see any other drawbacks.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous email management tool often caused problems when there were more messages. Additionally, to communicate with each other, it was necessary to use an external, separate tool. Thanks to Missive, these issues have been completely resolved, ensuring smoother and more seamless collaboration.

  ### 44. Easy-to-Use Threaded Communication That Keeps Us Organized

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Missive?**

It's a very easy tool to use where we internally can communicate via threads before sending out mails, which is a really cool feature and keeps us organized!

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

It can be quite funky on the formatting at times, and sometimes we don't immediately see some messages in each member's inboxes

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive is helping us with our internal communication, reviews before sending out emails, transparency for the team on each other's emails and inboxes and how we could help each other on a scenario, etc.

  ### 45. Missive has improved our workflow in the sales department

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian D. | Customer Contact, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Before switching to Missive, our sales team was using Google tools for email and task management, but we often faced technical issues—especially when handling a large volume of emails. Since adopting Missive, our workflow has become much more streamlined, and collaboration between team members is faster and more efficient. The shared inboxes, assignments, and chat features have truly transformed how we manage customer communication. I also appreciate how frequently Missive is updated with thoughtful improvements that reflect real user needs. It’s clear that the developers are actively listening and refining the product, which gives us confidence in using it as a long-term solution.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

At the moment I can't think of anything, but after every software update I have the conviction that it really could have been done even better!

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved handling of a large volume of emails

Enhanced team collaboration with shared inboxes and task assignments

Reduced technical issues compared to Google tools

Enabled faster and clearer communication with clients

  ### 46. Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piotr G. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

When looking for an alternative to our previous email program, our primary need was to enable communication among team members within individual threads. Missive easily met these needs and, in addition, showed us other features that proved useful in our daily work, such as easy rule creation, tasks within specific messages, and organization by labels. The interface is intuitive, and Missive's support is very helpful, always responding to our needs quickly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

In the future, it would be good to consider an option where changing the assigned user does not affect the email's position in the inbox. However, this is not a problem that significantly hinders our work.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive has easily streamlined the communication process between our customer service team and management when their support is needed. It has also improved workflow through the ability to use templates and automatically distribute emails, allowing us to reallocate saved human resources to other important company development issues.

  ### 47. An intuitive tool for managing correspondence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katarzyna L. | Specjalista do spraw Obsługi Klienta, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

As a customer service employee, I value tools that support smooth and organized communication with customers.

Missive is excellent for everyday work – its greatest strengths are transparency and the ability to share inboxes with the team.

I also appreciate the internal commenting feature, which allows for the exchange of opinions without the need to send additional messages. This facilitates internal communication and speeds up decision-making.

Overall, I rate Missive very positively – it is a solid and modern tool that supports professional customer service and helps maintain organized communication.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

The program is not available in Polish – it's only available in English.

Notifications sometimes arrive with a delay.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Missive helps organize all customer communications in one place. This eliminates the need to search through multiple email inboxes or manually forward messages between teammates. Everyone on the team sees the same messages and can respond or leave a comment immediately—no need to write additional emails.

Missive accelerates our daily work, improves organization, and facilitates team collaboration. It makes customer contact more efficient and professional.

  ### 48. A true all-in-one inbox.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiago F. | Fullstack dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

All of our team's communication in one place. We don't have to jump between Slack and our email inboxes.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

It takes a few days to get used to all the rules and integrations. The mobile app is good, but sometimes the notifications can feel a bit delayed compared to the desktop app.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Can assign every single conversation to a specific person or team. I can look at my inbox and know exactly what I'm responsible for. Plus, being able to chat with my team right inside an email thread, instead of copy-pasting links into a separate chat app

  ### 49. Must have for even small teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yiddy S. | Admin, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Missive?**

Chatting inline, constant features added and improvements. Very well built, robust, thought out, and great API. The integrations are very usefull too. I use it in 2 organizations (construction and service), completely transformed how we manage our emails.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

Some concepts might be a little overwhelming and confusing to non-savvy users. Users may struggle to comprehend the terminology and methodology of shared inbox, personal inbox, archive, close, when does it get added to personal. etc. But there’s great onboarding material and documentation nowadays.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication silos, and seggregation on multiple platforms. Traditionaly, emails would be discussed internaly via another platform. Also solves the issue of team inbox delegation.

  ### 50. Precisely What We Needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilona W. | Sales manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Missive?**

We had been searching for a long time for a program that would meet our unique needs – multiple users, numerous connected email inboxes, and the necessity of easily prioritizing and tagging threads. Missive has proven to be a tool that perfectly fits our requirements. It's incredibly intuitive to use, allowing the entire team to learn it very quickly. The ability to set up rules significantly streamlines and automates work distribution within the team, and the option to use AI rules and other features like email templates means that by implementing Missive, we've been able to give up several other tools, as it combines everything in one place. Most importantly, Missive has truly excellent support – always responding quickly, to the point, and comprehensively resolving any issues. It's an excellent solution, and since switching to Missive, the comfort of our daily customer service has been at a much higher level than before.

**What do you dislike about Missive?**

We'd be really happy if it became available in Polish.

**What problems is Missive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to automatically manage message distribution among team members has significantly streamlined my daily workflow. Templates and AI rules save the team time, and easy tagging makes it simpler to manage priorities.
