I personally like the features like -booking links, video conferencing, integrated colorful calendar, payment option, east appointment tools. Video quality is very nice and HD Clear. A mobile version is also available. Even more, Missed.com provide an unbeatable call facility/capacity of 50 Peoples or participants. Payout deposit directly to your accounts even you can check your payment history as well. **What do you dislike about Missed.com?** Google Chrome extension is not available, you need to download software and install it in the system. I like the email reminder features, payment features, video conferencing, appointment scheduling, and sharing the links features help me a lot. I like the dashboard look of missed.com, well organized and easy to use, and eye-catching color and features available. The Mobile version is too good for me to use missed.com. Lots of people or my clients are making direct payments to me in my account and even I am able to check the payment history anytime in Missd.com. The tool has a nice dashboard feature that enables the user to set up appointments and send the link. Good quality of video conferencing and real time collaboration is excellent. Also is supported on mobile. Integrated calendar feature is the most attractive one. **What do you dislike about Missed.com?** Maximum of 50 participants is an impediment for my organization that has 100 employees. No options of Virtual background. The tool could have been a bit more user friendly. The price offered for maximum of 50 participants could be a bit expensiv for small businesses. iOS or android is mandated for successfully running this application. Compared to tools like zoom or google hangouts, the magnitude of the audience is a bit restricted. **Recommendations to others considering Missed.com:** A nice and reliable tool that serves the core needs of audio and video conferencing for any small business having less than or equal to 50 employees. The cloud storage of recording and the meeting retrieval of recording at any time of user's convenience ensures that the absentees are not at a loss. Overall, a good tool to get started with. **What problems is Missed.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** One click feature enables all the employees of a small scale business such as ours to hop on to a video conference. An interactive white board feature enables effective brainstorming. Email reminders are sent as a notification that could be controlled as timed alert. Recurring appointments, interactive live sessions, accessibility on mobile are some of the salient and visible pros of this tool. Session recording feature is one of the most attractive ones. ### 6. Similar to zoom, a great video conference communicator during the pandemic! Very easy to sign up and use right away. Other similar portals often make you update before using (almost weekly it seems) and I haven't noticed an error message like that for missed.com. **What do you dislike about Missed.com?** There aren't virtual backgrounds as an option, so keep this in mind.
