What do you like best about Mish Guru?

What problems is Mish Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to move to SnapChat but were unable how to. The team at Mish gave us great ideas and examples of how to get started and we took it from there. We have a limited social media staff and the workflow from start to finish doesn't require us to be out "Snapping" away. The software is available on the desktop and this saves us time. What do you like best about Mish Guru?

Being able to have numerous contributors to our brand account's Snapchat (coaches, athletes, trainers, support staff, fans, etc.) is the only way we have been able to create a consistent and solid Snapchat story. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mish Guru?

The time it takes to screenshot/capture snaps to then be allowed to share is sometimes too long to keep the timing relevant. It seems to vary - sometimes it's quite fast and other times it can be quite long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mish Guru:

I would love to see greater speed in capturing the received Snaps and would love to see the ability to add snap stickers to stuff that we upload into the upload tab (helping us look more organic in what we upload - as if maybe it was done on Snapchat even if we're using Photoshop or something like that. What problems is Mish Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been able to work smarter not harder. We give an easy way for regular Snapchatters who touch our brand to contribute to our efforts without us having to be everywhere all the time as staff members. What do you like best about Mish Guru?

The reporting is great, I love the look and feel of it & it's perfect for screenshotting & sending on to internal stakeholders so I don't need to worry about spending hours making PowerPoint presentations. The customer service from the Mish team is amazing, they always respond super quickly no matter what time of day I message them and they are fully able to answer every query! The absolute best part of Mish is the way it has enabled us to grow and engage with our Snapchat audience. Snapchat metrics were a big black hole for us until we found Mish Guru. Now we're able to track engagement metrics, which in turn helps us to refine our social media strategy. "It could be better"

What do you like best about Mish Guru?

It's nice to be able to keep track of the analytics of our business's Snapchat account. The software is easy to use once you read about it and learn it yourself. I wish they offered one on one tutorials to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mish Guru?

It's slow to update which makes me think the numbers aren't always accurate. I wish the interface was a little less busy. Switching from Snaplytics, it's a hard change because Snaplytics updates more often that it's basically in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Mish Guru:

If you're switching from Snaplytics it's a hard adjustment. I think if Mish Guru offered a really in-depth tutorial for their interface it would be better. But it isn't intuitive on it's own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Be prepared to replace using Snapchat on a phone as only one device can be logged in to your Snapchat account at a time. There are occasionally difficulties logging out and back in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Snapchat Takeovers"
