Minns Reviews & Product Details

minns is the AI practice platform for UK accounting firms. It takes on the routine compliance work that eats a team’s week, and turns what it learns about each client into advisory work the firm can charge for. Compliance, done by Minns and checked by your team: Bookkeeping: bank feeds and Xero connections keep each client’s books current, with what needs a person flagged. Year-end: working papers are built from the books: trial balance, lead schedules, adjusting journals, review points and completion. They come with a drafted accountants’ report and representation letter, and the file downloads as a workbook. Filing: VAT, MTD Income Tax and corporation tax returns are prepared for HMRC, with deadlines tracked across every client. Chasing: jobs and workflows for the whole firm, with client reminders drafted for you. Advisory, found in the work: Spotting the work: minns reads every client’s figures and flags where advice is due, such as salary and dividend mix, cash warnings, and books health. Selling it: it drafts the letter and the proposal, so the advice becomes billable work. Asking about a client: ask anything and get an answer from their books, filings and history.
