**What do you like best about Minesoft Origin?**

Minesoft Origin is easy to use, whether you create your own search or use the AI option. The customer support is fast, outstanding and knowledgeable.  User interface is great whether saving histories, obtaining patent links or exporting data. They also listen to the user when implementing new features.

**What do you dislike about Minesoft Origin?**

Takes a bit to learn about their quick links/icons to increase ease of use.

**What problems is Minesoft Origin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to spend hours searching a variety of databases and/or using outside vendors. I can easily perform searches myself in a faster and concise way. I tend to run an AI search following my search and the results have been impressive.
