We've recently switched to Mindstamp from another platform and couldn't be happier! The editing process for adding interactive button and hotspots is simple and intuitive. Once published, we really like that the embedded video plays the beginning of the video on a loop to draw the end user in. The two big selling points for us were that—unlike our previous platform—Mindstamp hosts the video file, so making small tweaks doesn't involve FTPing the whole project to our server every time. Also, we're now getting granular analytics, which we did not have before. Lastly, we really like the pricing. The only "bug" that I've found is very rarely a hotspot will say it's saved and yet it hasn't. You can instantly tell because the project doesn't refresh and you simply do it over again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mindstamp has been our lifesaver in recent times for making some presentations and marketing proposals and creating interactive videos for all the channels we manage. It's fantastic software, intuitive at the user interface level, extremely easy to use, has many customizable options and everything in the platform works flawlessly. When working on videos, Mindstamp puts at my fingertips everything I need to monitor, analyze and measure the performance of marketing campaigns; at the same time, it also integrates features to make our interactive videos do practically what we imagine, it's easy to use the editor and it's simple to insert and share videos through any website. Mindstamp's platform allows us to deliver our distance learning curriculum to students throughout California. The company I work for recently purchased a subscription to Mindstamp to use for a specific project. The tool itself is easy to learn and allows you to create professional and engaging interactive videos quickly. They have included some very thoughtful features, like the ability to set new brand standards and apply them to any existing videos in your library. However, what has stood out the most has been the excellent customer service we've received. To start, Mindstamp was willing to customize a subscription that met our needs. Then, they made themselves available to support us while we were getting started and helped us see how Mindstamp could meet the needs of our project, even as those needs were evolving. They were receptive to our feedback when we noticed a couple of features that did not work as we would have expected, and what really blew us away was that they implmemented a fix before our project went live.
