I mostly value its intuitive drag-and-drop form creator and ready-to-use email templates. We can build project consultation forms in minutes without any coding work, and apply templates directly to send regular project progress notices to clients. The whole system is light and uncomplicated, with no redundant complicated functions. The whole setup process was very smooth, we completed basic settings in a short time, imported existing contact data easily, and officially put it into daily external contact use without lengthy training sessions. **What do you dislike about MindFire?** As a local architectural planning team in Germany, we find this tool cannot meet our local regulatory working standards. It has no complete GDPR data consent management function, nor automatic data retention and regular data clearing rules, which brings hidden risks to our government cooperation projects. It cannot upload or preview architectural drawings and BIM related files, we can only share files through external links. Besides, it fails to connect with our internal project management and document management systems, all collected client information needs manual entry, and its simple operation records also cannot satisfy our project audit traceability demands. **What problems is MindFire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us unify client consultation collection and regular follow-up email delivery, replacing our previous scattered independent tools. All external inquiry information is gathered in one platform, effectively avoiding missed client demands and lost communication records. It greatly reduces our repetitive text editing work, allowing us to focus more energy on architectural project coordination and technical work. ### 2. It provides a direct correlation to a print piece. The main reason why we choose MindFire is that it is correlated with direct mail. Capabilities to use for a variety of campaigns: Event marketing, lead generation, customer loyalty, digital marketing,... **What do you dislike about MindFire?** The UI is outdated and needs to be updated. The ability to delete elements after publishing and going back to edit mode. Better UX needs to be implemented for a better experience. **What problems is MindFire solving and how is that benefiting you?** It doesn't allow for the good scalability of campaigns. While the templates are descent, you do need some coding knowledge to make these campaigns web compliant. MindFire has a great support team which provides support at any time. ### 4.
