Mindcloud did an excellent job configuring our Shopify wholesale site to integrate smoothly with our Netsuite system. They set up automatic account creation and implemented flags for any potential issues that might arise. Additionally, they successfully incorporated Loop to manage returns and generate RMAs in the system within just a couple of weeks, which helped bridge an important gap. Finally, right before we went live with Netsuite, we discovered a significant connection issue that had been overlooked. I use MindCloud to sync between Jetbuilt and both Xero and Microsoft 365, which really helps in reducing data entry into multiple platforms and automates data migration between them. I find the customer service experience to be top-notch. They were flexible in scheduling and deployment, which is a big plus for me since I wear many different hats at work and lead many people.
