MindCloud was a way for us to integrate/automate processes between Zoho Books (our accounting software) and Jetbuilt. This was integral to us increasing our throughput and being able to keep up with the volume of work we had. There were a lot of hiccups during implementation as expected, but MindCloud was always quick to jump onto an issue and find a solution, including on weekends. It's very affordable, and therefore a perfect fit for small(er) projects as a start. Potential for big ones. It has a learning curve, but if you're a bit comfortable with some scripting, then this shouldn't be a problem at all, specially with the help of AI and/or MindCloud's customer support. Implementation is super easy to start with and they have some recipes (workflows) to get you started, which you can modify to your liking to get your integrations working. It's a bit of a learning curve, so be ready to spend some time on this. Support is good, but they want you to rely on AI if you're not too comfortable with scripting (like GraphQL). There may be some bugs lingering around, but their customer support is on top of things, so they're not that big of a deal, as long as you communicate with them regularly.
