Mimecast Aware Pricing Overview

Mimecast Aware works fine for us. We haven’t had issues with it flagging something wrong or missing, or hallucinating, so I find it trustworthy. It helps with time-consuming operational work by going through conversations between our sales, SDR, and BDR teams and customers and prospects, and it helps us flag risks and improve our results. I like the collaboration security module because it protects unstructured data and monitors communication channels. It helps us get more out of our communication tools and internal and external team conversations, including Microsoft Teams. I also value the compliance and governance features: they help make sure employees are GDPR compliant and flag risks in real time. The policy-driven engine is useful for flagging risky content, quarantining risky files, and replacing messages that violate policy. I like that Mimecast Aware meets my compliance needs, especially using its intelligence layer for email archives and the DLP layer for custom signals. I also appreciate its federated search capabilities and the ability to generate granular data retention policies. The initial setup of Mimecast Aware was somewhat challenging for me. Understanding how the different pieces fit together was not straightforward, particularly with the administration console. I found the UI not very intuitive, which added to the difficulty. We even needed help from Mimecast support to get around certain issues. So overall, I'd rate the difficulty of setup around a seven out of ten. Additionally, I think the lack of a continuous post-assessment analysis engine is a limitation for my specific use case; it functions more like a real-time listening and surveillance pipeline, which doesn't fully meet my needs.
