Miji OS Reviews & Product Details

**Miji is workflow automation for decisions you have to explain.** Most automation tools move data between apps. Miji runs the decision itself: a loan application, an insurance claim or a document check, from intake to outcome, with every step recorded. ## Why teams choose Miji - **Less operational friction:** cases, documents, approvals and work queues live in one place, instead of in email threads, spreadsheets and handoffs. - **Lower IT and development cost:** business teams change rules, lookup tables, approval forms and queues themselves, without waiting for a code release. AI drafts new workflows, and ready-made connectors replace custom integrations. - **Consistent, accurate decisions:** every case follows the same versioned rules, and changes are tested on real cases before they reach a customer. - **Audit-ready by default:** every decision records the facts, the rule version, who approved it and why, in a tamper-evident audit trail. - **Safer change:** prove a new policy with shadow runs and A/B tests on live traffic before you switch it on. ## What's inside - AI-assisted workflow builder on a visual canvas, with every step reviewed before it goes live - Built-in rules engine with versioned rules and decision tables - Case lifecycles with stages, gates and the conditions each gate needs - Document intake from email, portal or API, matched to the right case and checked against the data - Human approval forms, with the documents open beside the decision - Configurable work queues: your columns, outcomes, figures and permissions - Batch testing on imported cases, with a deploy check that holds Production until tests pass - Replay of any past decision - Connectors for credit bureaus, e-signature, messaging, CRMs and databases - Any workflow published as a versioned API Built for lending, insurance and other regulated operations, where *"the system decided"* isn't an answer.
