MightyText Reviews & Product Details

I love being able to discreetly text from my computer while in meetings or at work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- You are only allotted a certain amount of messages per month and then you have to pay. There are other programs that offer unlimited texts for free.

- Sometimes messages sent from MightyText send multiple times.

- You won't always receive texts until much, much later. Othertimes not at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you can use this to be able send texts from your computer without having to access your phone or tablet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike is that it doesn't operate between Apple iOs and Android. I was hoping for a seamless transition between the two and it just isn't here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very useful and creative app specially for computer users. Now you don't have to check your cell phones for your messages, you can check them. You can see them as well on your PC. The features are very easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes synchronicity does not happen because it is very simple and up to basic level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personal customer service and great email targeting, enjoyed being able to access SMS from my laptop (non-iPhone, MacBook user) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasional lag, not the cleanest UI, and once Android Messenger was released, MightyText wasn't need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly this isn’t probably the most disappointing software I have reviewed in a long time. I love the idea. The computer to phone text is nice. However the almost total lack of OS support is a real downfall for this software. The best part of the software was how easy deleting it was. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I truly hate the lack of OS support? This is supposed to be a business program and a large portion of the business community uses Apple products. How was this not thought through? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When MightyText was released, the convenience of synced text messages was fantastic and the functionality was unmatched. It moves text messages from the low-priority communication method it is, into a first-class one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Google's messaging web-app performs this task substantially better, using the native application on your phone. MightyText requires that you utilize their app specifically, which I personally do not enjoy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best is the message recovery feature that retrieves all previously erased messages quickly. Also I like that you can retrieve deleted images, this makes the app invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not a huge fan of the tiered pricing structure, I feel it makes the solution a bit pricier than it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the design of its interface, I think it is fresh and breezy. Also it is not boring at all which is a great accomplishment if you ask me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like that currently it is only supported by android. A lot of “burocracy” you could call the “Starting up” part. Download the app, twitch some settings so you can actually see the notifications of new messages. I think that it need some improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This app uses your Google account to sync your cell phone's texts with your tablet. The app has a similar structure to Gmail, so things look familiar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just wish you could tweak things to your liking; like descending the order of texts, as opposed to ascending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
