What do you like best about MightyCall?

I like that with MightyCall, you can have different voicemail drops depending on if you're calling a new client or someone you've already spoken to. I like that you can use local presence to increase pick up rates and they allow you to use their ai voicemail creator. I also like having multiple options for where you'd like it to ring if you're not working from your computer, which means I no longer miss a call if the customer does connect (PC, direvt to app, direct to cell). Additionally, I appreciate that MightyCall is one of the only carriers that does not require a CRM, and the setup is pretty easy with step-by-step instructions. What do you dislike about MightyCall?

The biggest thing I wish MightyCall could improve is if it did an automatic voicemail drop for every call made without us having to physically be on the line. I wish it would just leave a voicemail automatically, and only connect a live customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

I like that MightyCall makes it easy to quickly view text messages, voicemails, and make phone calls all in one easy-to-find place. Our agents were able to start using MightyCall within about an hour after getting set up, and it was easy for them to learn and start making/taking calls. We had the whole business set up in one day, which is impressive. Text messaging is a feature we use a lot, and it's really helpful that if someone is out, a team member can easily pick up the text messages. What do you dislike about MightyCall?

What do you dislike about MightyCall?

I've had an issue recently where the app doesn't show a prompt to answer incoming calls, so I don't get a chance to use the MightyCall features. What do you like best about MightyCall?

What do you like best about MightyCall?

I like that MightyCall has a good interface and the call quality is good. It provides a free platform to send texts to customers, which is really helpful. It has given me a good experience for making calls, and I can make inbound and outbound calls easily. It's pretty good for my day-to-day business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MightyCall?

I would like to see how many minutes I spend on calls, both outbound and inbound. It would be great to have an email or ticketing system added, which could make it a very good CRM. Also, sometimes the app disconnects automatically when I switch tabs. The mobile app is a bit buggy; it shows texts from two clients in one contact. Also We got told in the start that texts are unlimited but in the month end they always ask us to buy more texts as the limit is exhausted so i did not like that part and i have to pay extra money every month. I like that MightyCall is easy to use, with a simple interface and very attentive and helpful support. Everything really works well.
