  ### 1. MightyCall is great but a lot of bugs to work out still

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

I love that interface. It's super easy to navigate and everything is straightforward. It made training my team very easy. Also, the knowledge base articles are perfectly written - again straightforward and easy to follow.

Love love love the customer support. Whenever we have an issue or question, we can get it resolved or receive a reply within an hour. Which is great considering there are a few bugs and issues with the platform. I also love how friendly the team is and empathetic. Great customer service over all - even better than Hubspot's Customer Service (and they're supposed to the best). If it was not for the customer service, we probably would have stopped using Mightycall due to the amount of bugs/system errors.

I like the sync between Hubspot and that we were able to import our contacts and know who's calling.

I like that every call is recorded and we receive emails for voicemails that are left.

We have multiple phone numbers so I also love the ability to see which number the client/lead has called and how easy it is to switch between numbers as needed.

Honestly, overall MightyCall (when it decided to work right) is efficient and has helped us optimized our calls. 

Love the stats we can pull as well.

I have recommended MightyCall to my aunt, and she actually did switch over to you guys ;)!

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

The system is way too finnicky. Our biggest pain points:

- The 'missed calls' should be displayed on the browser in the journal instantly. We should not have to click refresh. This means if you don't remember to click refresh, you will not see any missed calls. Like what?? Lol. That doesn't make sense to me, and is pretty silly for a system that is supposed to replace a phone. I'm not sure why that hasn't been figured out. 

- The dial pad stops work sometimes. There has been times where my team has had to quit and restart the dial pad multiple times before it works again. In the meantime, in those minutes it takes until the dial pad starts working, we have missed calls and annoyed clients who think we are not reachable. It would be ok if this was every once in a while, I get that bugs happen but Personally, it happens WAY too often. I would say this happens weekly, if not multiple times a week. Even when using incognito mode!

- Voicemail to Text is sooooooo bad at translating that we don't even read it because it's usually 90% wrong. It's almost useless to offer this service with it being so completely off. It does, however, generate a good laugh among the team reading it sometimes. I feel like with AI tools now, you can propbably improve this.

-  Sometimes we can't hear clients, or clients cannot hear us. It's not an internet issue because it has happened during stable high speed internet connections. Generally within some time of constant quitting & re-opening mightycall the issue does resolve itself. But again, this happens way too frequently. At least biweekly. So it's just annoying.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a completely remote customer service team so we needed a way for everyone to be able to take and make calls. Our company's phone line is our life line! It's how our clients reach us when we need help. Majority of our clients are older and prefer phone conversation vs email so a lot of our business is done through the calls. 

It was great to stumble upon mightycall so that we could hire more staff internationally! I also love that we can see and hear all of the calls and actually keep track of missed calls, how many calls etc. Previously, we just forwarded our cellphone numbers and calls just went to the individuals cell phone and we never kept tracked anything. 

Calls being recorded has helped a lot as well. For training purposes and also when needing to reference a specific client need. Overall, a game changer for our business.

The customer care team has been very helpful. The video have helped as well. I like that the webpage is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

We are having an issue with the notifications on the webpage side. We also keep seeing the calls that other agents are making at the same time. The number of charaters that are considered to count for one text message. The fact that its not completely unlimited the SMS.

We were having issues being able to change the numbers for our agents as frequently as we needed. Mightycall was able to help me with that and I was able to get the SMS campaign going quickly.

I appreciate MightyCall’s quick, efficient customer support the most—they’re always responsive and helpful. Beyond that, I find the platform itself very user-friendly. It’s simple to integrate with other tools, and adding or managing team members is straightforward. Plus, the UI is clean and intuitive, which makes everyday use a breeze.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

While I’ve found MightyCall generally easy to use, I’ve noticed it’s fairly simple to inadvertently break the call flow settings without a way to lock or safeguard them, requiring help from customer service to fix. Another improvement I’d like to see is the ability to access all historical paid invoices—this would save time during accounting audits instead of having to request them from support.`

MightyCall helps me streamline and manage my team’s phone communications in one easy-to-use platform. By centralizing call flows, team member extensions, and integrations with other tools, it significantly cuts down on the complexity and confusion that often come with business calls. Plus, its straightforward interface and quick customer support allow me to resolve any issues fast, so I can stay focused on running the business rather than troubleshooting phone systems.

I have ported in my number from another provider and they have done it quickly within 3-4 days . Best service. I used openphone, callhippo, realpbx but Mighty call is best in business

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

It's an afforable VOIP system that you can use and the one thing I always look into for Tech wise is how well they know the tech and how they can communicate the knowledge they have to the users. They are able to integrate their system with an old system as we work within a health care system. I contacted mutiple times to their support and they are able to answer all of our question and even emailed us the support of what is needed to be done over the weekend even. I'd recommend their usage if possible to small to mid-tier businesses.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I would say the support of their end is kind of hard to understand but it would help the average user. As I use to work in the Tech industry it showed some specific information that I cannot get a hold of as it requires a person to look into it for me or I would happened to stumble upon the information on my own.

They allow us to easily connect our phone services into a physical phone instead of using our own phone number on the system. It would greatly make our services more professional and seamless.

I have the plan with 5 phone numbers and it's easy to delegate each one. Configurable call flow makes it easy to customize customer experience.

The mobile app seems buggy but functional enough to get things done.

It provides best user interface for client calling along with voice messaging feature.

It has some limitations for payment methods due to which it makes little bit complex to complete the payment for taking the subscription.

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

The user interface is excellent - not just for those with technical skills but also for those who typically need a fair amount of help with technology. Very easy to navigate, very easy to set up call flows and setting. The intuitive interface is the best. Being able to do a 7 day trial of the product to really navigate through and see if it work even work for our process and team was a game changer.  The support team has been on top of it, I've actually spoken with the same person multiple times instead of being bounced to a new person with every interaction (like other experiences). I am so much more pleased with MightyCall than the last two service providers we've tried.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

There isn't anything I dislike at this moment. The cost is more than we've spent elsewhere (after the promotion ends) but it is so much more worth it for the reliability, usability, and customization ability.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients receive services by first calling our main number and leaving a voicemail. We utilize volunteers to help us respond to those voicemails - each is assigned to a different day, so having a central source for those voicemails, easy navigation of the system and easy ability to respond - not to mention they're all using different operating systems and devices. It has to work seemlessly. On top of that, we use Salesforce to manage our clients and the information we need to respond to them with. Having MightyCall directly integrate with Salesforce and the set up to do that was so wonderfully laid out in their documentation just makes me love the software even more.

I have transitioned all my lead calls to MightyCall's AutoDialer from manual dialing. I've seen huge improvements in contact rates, sales conversion, and overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

MightyCall's price menu is inaccurate and misrepresents services provided at each tier. The final subscription price was much higher than originally quoted.

Great product here in Pak normally you dont get many outbound dialers some of them dont work as in the dont allow Pak cards to be charged, most others get blocked after a day or two. This is the only that works

**What do you like best about MightyCall?**

Mightycall has many features that I love! Some things that I like best are 1) the texting feature 2) how friendly and easy the app is to navigate and use 3) that I can have the option to call from my web browser if I prefer AND receive calls through the web too! Any time I have had any issues customer support chat resolves my issues within minutes! I appreciate that MightyCall has frequent updates to ensure the best usage. I use MightyCall every single day and it has made having a "work number" on my personal phone such an easy process and not at all a nuisance.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

We haven't had any issus with MightyCall that weren't easy fixes. There's not a thing that I dislike about MightyCall!

We have many staff members that aren't sitting at a desk for their work day so they need to be able to answer a call anytime while in the field, MightyCall allows us to have calls directed to a specific team or person. This is also helpful because it allows us to share the "call load."

Mighty Call has a great workflow tree. Easily editable and you can change answering groups very easily.

There are times when we have connection issues, especially with transferring calls. However, uninstalling and reinstalling the app typically fixes that.

What are the biggest problems we have is answering the call volume of all of our customers. The Call tree works extremely well for that.

Ease of use, calls can be routed to existing phones. Calls can be made via the web app, which is helpful to avoid the requirements of SIP solutions that can sometimes be cumbersome to set up for the end users.

API documentation was a bit vague, but there have been consistent improvements ever since.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

On the sales side, some competitors have integrations with a more polished execution.

Hubspot integration could go a bit deeper to share data back to Hubspot.

SMS handling isn't as robust as the phone call features.

Having phone numbers to receive business phone calls that would be typically tied to a physical location in multiple countries. 

Being able to monitor inbound and outbound calls for performance purposes. 

Providing an easy to use interface for end users to do VoIP calls.

i havent had much experience with setting up VOIP systems before this, and the team at mightycall was rather helpful in answering any questions I had onboarding. So that was nice.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

2 seconds delay on the progressive dialer. They say its 1 second, but its 2. Also its a progressive dialer not a parallel dialer, why is there a delay?

Great response from all the folks at MightyCall.  Pretty simple to setup and if you need help the chat feature provided nearly immediate response.  Had a few problems with the "porting" of our number but they solved them.  Impressed with the ease of use and features of the platform.

I haven't found any yet, very seemless integration

I like the flexibility between the web phone and the mobile phone use - this makes it very convenient to make calls when I am at my laptop and also to receive calls to my mobile phone when on the go. I also appreciate the call recordings and notes option. The customer support is fantastic - when needing to update recordings or having issues with our account, their team responds very promptly. Our team uses MightyCall daily!

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

Sometimes the call flows can be difficult to navigate - we struggle to have a "hold" work properly with customers calling in.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to text and call customers, making inbound and outbound calls, recording calls for later potential disputes.

There really isn't much other than having a set up tutorial on first log in to learn how to use the features and navigate between all the options.

I am able to provision lines to my employees and have them protect their personal phone numbers through the use of the mobile app.

I signed up to use one of MightyCall's plan. It was easy to implement, integrate and use. When I had call flow questions, I found that Customer Support was very responsive and they solved the challenge. MightyCall offers a lot of features at a competitive rate. I rely on their system everyday to make sure prospective customers from our website can easily call and reach my business partner and me.

Currently, I do not have any dislikes about MightyCall.

I secured a virtual work phone number and listed it on my company's website. Prospective clients can call and select an extension to reach a team member or leave a voicemail or text. I am able to login via web or use the app to track activities.

It's not very intuitive.  Also, why does this review have a character minimum?  "It's not very intuitive" should have been enough, but I had to type more characters for it to get accepted.

Having an unstaffed phone number any staff member can manage, and which anyone can call and send a voicemail to.

I have loved how accessible the support team has been as we've set up the system. They're responsive and helpful and easy to reach.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

There are a few things that I don't feel like were accurately disclosed by the sales team when they were pitching the system, such as caller ID and being able to see which of our business lines callers are calling. They did tell me they offered both, but declined to tell me I had to chose one; it's an either or, not a both and situation. 
Setting up the ability to text was also a major hassle that I didn't experience with two previous phone carriers.

**What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our major complaints with our previous phone carrier were inability for multiple users to see all text messages sent to the business, poor customer service, and cost. MightyCall has addressed all 3 of those issues!

I find setting up MightyCall to be very easy, which was a relief. I appreciate being able to listen to calls for quality control and tracking all texts and call history. The option to add notes to conversations is very useful as it helps in managing customer interactions effectively.

**What do you dislike about MightyCall?**

I have too much trouble with inconsistent service. Too many times, it's not receiving calls, and there are frequent hiccups or glitches. These issues are causing disruptions in my office, and I often need to reset, log out, and log back in. The experience is affected by these issues.

I use MightyCall to monitor calls for quality control, track text history, and manage different user activities, enhancing my client communications and business operations.

This was my first experience with voip phones.  Darya was extremely helpful and went far above and beyond helping me get everything set up.  I could not have made it work without Darya's help.  Calls seem to be very clear.  Overall, I am pleased with service and price.

I wish MightyCall had the ability to PARK calls so that they could be picked up by another phone without having to directly transfer them to that phone.

By reducing the cost of phone service.  Currently using Brightspeed and MightyCall is significantly less expensive.

Dial by name doesn't exist for modern filters, reliability of service concerning, always seems to be another software's problem, never mighty calls (though all other tools work fine on the same PC)

MC helps trouble shoot issues, but there are far too many from a service standpoint.  Incoming callers get frustrated and the clarity on calls is a problem at times (even with 500+mB internet service)
I have logged the dial by name issue multiple times (searching for similar names is not availabie)

While the initial setup was a bit daunting for an old neophyte like me, a bit of help from a daughter and from the Mighty Call help line made the initial onboarding easy enough and with few exceptions the system has run smoothly every since.

We haven't figured out how to successfully transfer a call to others or add others to the call we are on, but since we don't need to do these things very often, we haven't put much effort into resolving the issue either.

We have a very basic need for a phone system that allows incoming and outgoing calls. MightyCall provides everything we want for a phone system.
