Before we started using this tool, we faced numerous difficulties in keeping track of our employees' progress. However, Midlap's card feature has made task management a breeze. With the ability to tag each employee directly to their respective task card, we can easily monitor the progress of each individual. Additionally, the note feature allows employees to share their progress with us, keeping everyone in the loop. Overall, our experience using this tool has been very positive. **What do you dislike about Midlap?** While we have been extremely satisfied with Midlap, there is room for improvement in the onboarding process. However, ever since I have started using Midlap, this problem has been resolved. The card feature of this tool makes it easy to manage the tasks of each employee. Even we can directly tag every employee to the card itself and the note feature of this tool allows them to share the progress which is being conveyed to us by a notification. So i switched to Midlap as it has a ton of brilliant features that makes task management a breeze. The board of this tool is easy to create and use. Since i was a new user and using it for the first time, I could easily understand and work with boards. Assigning team members on a particular board allows us to segregate our task in different teams. Moreover, we can tag a particular task and chat their only which saves a lot of time. Also add event feature allow us to mark important dates and event so that we never miss anything. **What do you dislike about Midlap?** Nothing as particular i dislike about this tool as it is proving a quite useful tool for me. You can create multiple teams and add members in them for effective team management **What do you dislike about Midlap?** Video Meetings are a headache. Also, the meeting should be recorded in good quality. these 2 are important features in case of teams having members cross-country **What problems is Midlap solving and how is that benefiting you?** For project management, we need to keep a whiteboard and also need to manage a kanban board for daily project activities. Separate apps were used for this in my past organization but Midlap reduces the need of using different apps and reduces time. ### 10. The Midlap pro plan is pretty good for its price as well, and they have many good options to add to boards. But, I love that they have referrals that can give you a extra 30 cards. **What do you dislike about Midlap?** I don't like that you can only have ten files. I think for a starter, and even if not for business, it should be 20-30; as a user, that's my recommendation. **What problems is Midlap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making boards organized. A few improvements can be made in chat emojis and loading the gifs, file uploading time etc. But it is a negligible thing, not a show-stopper. **What problems is Midlap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Earlier, we used to have multiple separate applications for each functionality.
