I really appreciate the timely and multiple reminders provided by Microsoft Teams Integration+ for Jira, as they allow me to address issues well before their deadlines. This feature is incredibly valuable for planning and staying ahead of tasks, which is crucial for maintaining an agile workflow. The integration with Microsoft Teams helps ensure that we receive important Jira notifications directly in our chat, enhancing communication efficiency within our hybrid team. It facilitates a seamless coordination of our sprint plans and project tracking without needing to toggle between platforms. Moreover, the initial setup was quite easy, making it convenient to get up and running with this integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the current integration with Microsoft Teams and other task management tools like Asana lacking. It would be beneficial if they could offer more advanced functionality beyond basic links. Clickable actions with previews would greatly enhance usability. Currently, just having links doesn't allow for full interaction within a single platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
