"One Stop for all your files - OneDrive"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

Easy file storage and shared access within the team supports smooth collaboration and makes work simpler, since we don’t have to send individual files back and forth. I mainly work with Excel and Word documents, and saving them in OneDrive allows me to open and edit them online without needing to download anything first. Most of my files are backed up automatically as well, so I worry less about data loss. If I make a mistake, I can quickly restore an older version. I can also control who can view or edit files, which is especially helpful for confidential documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

I’ve found that uploading and downloading larger files can be a bit slow at times. I also occasionally run into syncing issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Microsoft Integration with Smooth Cloud Storage Across Devices"
4/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

It provides cloud storage across multiple devices and platforms, along with compatibility within the Microsoft environment. The most useful feature for me is how well it aligns with Microsoft Teams for work, as well as how it lets me store resources related to meetings. It also works smoothly with the Microsoft suite—Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.—so everything is stored in one place and stays accessible on the go across devices and platforms. I also like the quick access and the way it integrates with File Explorer, extending storage quietly in the background while still providing great utility. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re sticking to the Microsoft environment for work or any other purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

As long as you stick to the Microsoft environment, it works okay. It doesn’t extend well to other work systems, and it isn’t as versatile as Google Drive. The free tier only provides 5 GB. It’s fine for free, but there are better storage options. In terms of utility, it has weaker data privacy compared to Google, and I’ve also run into some sync fallouts. Sometimes it’s buggy and slow, not as fast as Google Drive and the Google suite. Overall, it’s okay if you stick to Microsoft and Windows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sync Confusion and Conflicted Files Hold OneDrive for Business Back"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

What I like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is how seamlessly it integrates with the rest of the Microsoft ecosystem. Since a lot of businesses already use Outlook, Teams, and Office apps, it makes storing, sharing, and collaborating on files pretty convenient without needing extra software. I also like that files sync automatically across devices and that sharing permissions are fairly easy to manage.

That said, I wouldn’t say it’s perfect. The sync issues can occasionally be frustrating, and the interface can feel a little clunky compared to some other cloud storage platforms. But overall, it gets the job done reliably enough for everyday business use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

One thing I dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is that the syncing process can be confusing and not always very intuitive. It’s not always clear which files are stored locally versus in the cloud, and understanding how to organize folders or set up syncing in the most efficient way takes more trial and error than it should.

There are also times when sync delays or duplicate/conflicted files happen, which can be frustrating when collaborating with a team. Overall, it works, but the user experience could be a lot more streamlined and beginner-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient, User-Friendly File Storage with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

What I like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is how convenient and user-friendly it is for storing, organizing, and accessing files across different devices. I also appreciate the seamless integration with other Microsoft programs like Outlook, Teams, and Excel, which makes collaboration and document sharing much more efficient in professional environments. The automatic cloud backup and real-time syncing features are especially helpful for keeping files secure and easily accessible while working remotely or across multiple systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

One downside of Microsoft OneDrive for Business is that syncing issues can occasionally happen, especially when working with large files or across multiple devices at once. There are also times when shared folders, permissions, or version updates can become confusing for users who are not very familiar with the platform. Additionally, the interface can sometimes feel cluttered or less intuitive compared to simpler cloud storage systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Anywhere Access, Seamless Sync, and Effortless Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

What I like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business is how easy it is to access my files from anywhere and keep everything organized in one place. Files automatically sync across my devices, and I can share documents or collaborate with others without emailing multiple versions back and forth. It also gives me peace of mind knowing my work is saved and backed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

What I dislike most is that syncing can sometimes be slow or inconsistent, especially when working with larger files. It can also be confusing to tell whether a file is saved locally or only in the cloud, and occasionally duplicate versions are created when multiple people are editing the same document. "A Marketer's Dream for Resource Organization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

I find it very convenient that Microsoft OneDrive for Business helps in organizing all the resources together and allows team members to access them easily. It's perfect for teamwork because if a new employee joins or someone needs to learn about our work, we can just share the folder with them. I appreciate being able to access marketing and learning resources directly without having to reach out to our designer. As a marketer, when preparing the content calendar for the month, it’s great to check it on OneDrive. I like how easy it is to share resources like blogs, social media graphics, Word documents, Excel, and PowerPoint files with the team, allowing our manager to review and approve them. The integration within the Microsoft workspace makes the whole experience smooth and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

I did not dislike any feature. I like its integration with teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few areas where OneDrive for Business could be improved. Sync performance can occasionally become inconsistent, especially when working with large file libraries or more complex folder structures, and this can affect the overall user experience. I like the easy setup and use of this software where it works as cloud platform for saving your files on the cloud and it can be easily integrated into other platforms and automation inside Microsoft 365. plus the performance is very fast and the fact that you will have the option either to keep files at the cloud or have an offline copy on your machine Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

if you are using the free version you will only have 5GB of storage, you will need not to keep it full so that all your data and updates are synced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful for collaborating in Office, but complex and with issues when sharing external links"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

Having a shared cloud with the people on my team is very useful for me, because that way we can easily share and edit Office suite files and also external documents. For example, I can work on an Excel with real-time editing, but make it run locally on my Mac. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

It is quite complex to use; it takes some time to adapt in order to take advantage of all the features compared to the competition. The company came from Google Drive, so the migration process has been difficult for some teams, as Drive is easier to use. Additionally, we have frequently had problems sharing links with people outside the company; however, in marketing this is necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can store all the documents related to a project year-wise. I also have the freedom to create new files whenever I need to, and everything is accessible from my phone as well. Security is maintained, and nothing has ever been lost even after a refresh. The backup is always up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft OneDrive for Business?

I have to take the backup manually every morning, or at the end of the day, to make sure all the latest documents are captured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
