They really listened to our feedback and made adjustments to the solution based on what we wanted.

While the team was generally attentive, there were times when I wished for quicker updates on our inquiries.

**What problems is Metwaves solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose Metwaves to develop a custom VoIP solution using Linphone to enhance communication for businesses. The project involved thorough requirements analysis, Web-based and app development for multiple platforms, and seamless integration with Fiberpipe’s existing systems. Metwaves team focused on delivering a user-friendly interface, robust security features, and scalability to meet the growing needs of Fiberpipe's clients. The result was a reliable, high-quality communication tool that significantly improved client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
