The only drawback is that it can be a little confusing when first starting using the software. **What problems is Metasys solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to control and automate different systems while providing feedback to keep track and monitor the values in order to provide any assistance or enhancements when needed. ### 5. Our HVAC, electricity and lights, and much more is all connected wonderfully. **What do you dislike about Metasys?** The mobile functionality is great and offers a lot of things that the full experience does. However, I feel that the mobile could use a UI face lift to make the user experience a bit smoother. **What problems is Metasys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Drastically reduced consumption of electricity costs on lights, HVAC, etc are just one of the benefits of Metasys and can imagine it helps a lot of companies realize their emission goals. ### 6. The site management portals allows us to maintain systems remotely while ensuring full operation within our district. **What do you dislike about Metasys?** The software could be improved by allowing multiple tiers of users with different authentication levels that take into consideration least privilege principle. This would improve accuracy and security within the software. **What problems is Metasys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our orginiztaion is leveraging the Metasys platform to test and monitor physical mechanical hardware deployed thoughout the district. The alarm is on if the equipment is not performing, so I coordinate with the building operator for rectification. There are n number of benefits 1.It is open source and helps in system intergration for ease of operation 2.It makes the building more intelligent and works more competent in saving energy and providing occupant comfort. 3. it helps in remotely monitoring from one system. 4. I used it to integrate and interoperate FX BACnet controlls. I engineered graphics using the AGA binder tool compatible with Microsoft Viso. the SCT tool was beneficial to build the system off-site if there was no remote access. Engineering trending and alarming were easy to understand set up. **What do you dislike about Metasys?** 3rd party controllers with other communication protocols could be challenging than integrate but I'm sure in later versions, this jas been made easier. **Recommendations to others considering Metasys:** Excellent product works well with an engineer that understands how to engineer it correctly. **What problems is Metasys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ac plant control and reporting. ### 12.
