Metaroom by Amrax Reviews & Product Details

Metaroom by Amrax® is the technology platform behind Metaroom Scan App and Metaroom Workspace. These solutions provide spatial planners with the ability to digitize any space and get real-to-scale 3D room models that can be universally used in well-known CAD programs. Metaroom's platform has two main products: - Metaroom Scan App is a 3D scanner app for iPhone Pro and iPad Pro devices*. The mobile app was designed for professionals to digitize spatial spaces in seconds and helps to create 3D room models. - Metaroom Workspace serves as a 3D model management tool for the spatial spaces that were scanned by using the Metaroom Scan App. With Metaroom Workspace, spatial planners can collaborate, edit and export scanned 3D room and building models, enabling integration into popular CAD programs. Key benefits of using Metaroom by Amrax®: - Time saved in creating 3D plans - Scan an average of 500m² (5400 ft²) of multi-room floors in just 15 minutes - Dimensions accurate to +/-3cm (1,2 in), securely stored in GDPR-compliant cloud How Metaroom solutions work: 1. SCAN: Use the Metaroom Scan App to scan a space within seconds. It can scan single rooms, multi-rooms, floors or entire buildings. 2. SEE: In minutes, access is given to a true-to-scale 3D model of the scanned space, complete with windows, doors, furniture and textures. 3. COLLABORATE: The 3D model can be edited and exported in the Metaroom Workspace and imported into popular CAD programs. It ensures compatibility across various formats. What are the key features: - Multi-room Scanning -> Scans multiple rooms in one go and produces a single, cohesive 3D model. - Snapshots -> sets markers during scanning to indicate areas of importance. Snapshots can be fine-tuned later in the Metaroom Workspace. They can be enriched with information to represent important objects or connections with precision in the 3D model. - Automated recognition of furniture, windows, and doors. - Asset correction post-scan. - Precise dimensions and measurements (in metric and imperial measurement systems). - Organization of room categories and folder structures. - North Heading & GPS data in 3D room models. - Sharing functionality. - 25+ export formats.
