They delivered our solution with a team drive, agility, and passion that we felt could not be matched. **What do you dislike about metajive?** No, everyting was perfect and well. I enjoyed our partnership **What problems is metajive solving and how is that benefiting you?** The project's primary focus was on finding and implementing a new technological application, which included running a production model and releasing updates afterward. Managing conditions and user access to a web portal was the main objective. The conditions and user tables, which offer Add, Change, Delete, Inactivate, Search, and Export actions, would only be directly editable by administrators. A four-level structure would govern data access: Level 1 (Main Team) would have complete access to all data, Level 2 (Firm) would limit access to advisor/client data for the entire firm, Level 3 (Advisor) would only provide access to their particular clients, and Level 4 (Client) would be the lowest level of access. This access model was created to guarantee safe, role-based access through the web portal and control data visibility within the database. Phase 1 of the project was dedicated to functional discovery, Phase 2 to technical discovery, and Phase 3 to development, which included production models and staging. With just under 1200 hours devoted to web development, backend, testing, project management, and DevOps, the project was finished in a remarkably condensed 3.5 months. The team met all expectations and successfully delivered on time. ### 2. At this point, they’re our go-to development partner. I don’t feel that much of a distinction between their staff and my own. If I have a problem, or we decide to start another development project, I look to them first. They have a large team, and because of their breadth of services, they can give you that flexibility to work on other projects. Even if you don’t have a dedicated need, they can help you in many different ways. Adding another technology to your stack, for example, is one way they could support you. **What do you dislike about metajive?** We view them as a partner, but I sometimes have to remember that they are a separate group. We’ve had excellent communication with their team **What problems is metajive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were trying to develop software that made it incredibly easy for sales organizations to achieve their goals. We hired metajive because we couldn’t find an existing product that fit with our vision. One of the main challenges was finding a company that could understand and focus on our users—salespeople—and create a product that didn’t require extensive training. It’s almost entirely development. They’ve been working to bring together disparate types of functionalities to help users manage omnichannel marketing efforts. Part of the challenges is building a product that handles different file types and size and creating a process for routing work to get approval from stakeholders. We’re building a new product from the ground up and I am very satisfied with their work. They’ve had the necessary expertise to implement our vision. ### 3. They also brought resources that we didn't have. **What do you dislike about metajive?** There was nothing they needed to improve. In fact, we were the ones who learned things we could improve. **What problems is metajive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to improve internal processes, so we hired metajive for two projects involving testing and software development. metajive created a load testing regime for a software product and built some of its features. The team brought expertise regarding testing, and we provided them with broad project parameters. Although we didn't measure specific metrics, I would say metajive's work boosted our productivity by about 10%. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. ### 4.
