**What do you like best about MetaCaseDesk?**

The best part about using MetaCaseDesk is that it provides cloud support as well. We use Microsoft 365 with this software. It is fairly simple and easy to use compared to Tableau.

**What do you dislike about MetaCaseDesk?**

The tool has less community support and fewer tutorials. First-time users face a lack of support but it's a great tool once you get comfortable using it. Would love to see more features in it and good community support.

**Recommendations to others considering MetaCaseDesk:**

Its an easy-to-use ticketing software to manage tickets and cases.

MetaCaseDesk is solving ticketing solution which helps easy access and sharing of the tickets across team leading to more productivity and increased business performance

**What do you like best about MetaCaseDesk?**

SOme of the things i like about using this tool are:
Data backup at office 365
There are 2 portals which makes it very easy to work,Support and client
Easy view of ticket
Active directory is amazing

**What do you dislike about MetaCaseDesk?**

Areas where improvement is needed are:
Need expertise to use it
training module should be available
customer portal should be simplified

**What problems is MetaCaseDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are numerous problems that has been resolved,some of them are:
Customer support system has been made easy
Analytical dashboard is very easy
Reassigning of ticket is possible
Advanced filter tool is quite impressive

**What do you like best about MetaCaseDesk?**

I genuinely liked the idea of Metacasedesk about the IT helpdesk and ticketing tools. Metacsedesk is a suitable environment for businesses that are running on microsoft share point.

**What do you dislike about MetaCaseDesk?**

initially found difficult to understand, but once you try it its feels easy

**What problems is MetaCaseDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I liked the dashboard as it statistically provides the information in graphical representation through which a user like me gets the data very interactive. The visual picture of the data is beneficial. I liked the customizable tools that it provides to the business;  tools are easy to use.

The helpdesk tool is excellent for small and mid-size organizations. It has a cloud-based system that allows fast and efficient responses to customer queries.

**What do you dislike about MetaCaseDesk?**

It is not an open-source tool and not as efficient for large organizations.

**What problems is MetaCaseDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizations can quickly increase brand image in the market. It improves customer relationships and customer satisfaction ratios.

The best thing is to like is that it allows submitting tickets via multiple channels.

**What do you dislike about MetaCaseDesk?**

It is not an open-source tool which is a major drawback that I found.

**What problems is MetaCaseDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online support with ticket submission via multiple sources. Allows chat support.
