**What do you like best about MessageUs?**

the best thing about messageUs is that it is unified, means a company dont have to manage multiple messaging platform for different clients. so it feels good.

**What do you dislike about MessageUs?**

Once the configuration part is done, there is nothing like dislike. But sometime it be complex to configure each and every messaging platform accuratly.

**What problems is MessageUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we have many clients and its not possible that all should be using the messaging platform. So, practicaly we need to maintain a number of messaging platform, but MessageUs eliminate that extra effort and cost of maintaing other messaging platform.

**What do you like best about MessageUs?**

It provides multiple ways to get connected i.e. it provides way to connect to sms, messageUs, facebook messenger, telegram, etc and also provides multiple payment gateway options.

**What do you dislike about MessageUs?**

It takes a bit time to understand configuration with different messaging applications and sometimes can be complex.

**What problems is MessageUs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping us to reach our customer in the way they need us. Example, if our customer is using ms team, it provides us a way to connect to them via ms team.

As of now, it is ok, and no major problem has been reported after the implementation
