Has great reporting system which is useful. Doesnt support lot of different access types. Less features/options compared to others **What problems is Greenhouse CI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy to integrate and deploy the mobile applications. It's very straightforward. **What problems is Greenhouse CI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some interviewers can lose sight of what's important when interviewing by overcomplicating the hiring process. I've used GH my whole career in recruiting, and couldn't imagine using another platform. **What do you dislike about Greenhouse CI?** The CRM in GH is not great. There are way too many clicks, and it's not efficient. **What problems is Greenhouse CI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the way we conduct interviews and housing contact information. ### 6. Required additional, in-house built API's. **Recommendations to others considering Greenhouse CI:** Be sure integration works on the back end as early as possible and that the correct API's are there. Be open to 3rd party implementation team if you really like this product. **What problems is Greenhouse CI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better database for candidates and analytics.
