Mesh does a good job, even in our limited experience. I find it simple for end users to block or approve emails, which is a nice feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Mesh? No secure email. This has caused some negative feedback from our customers. This is a necessary feature for our healthcare and government customers. It is not available. We saw that it was road-mapped or planned soon, but when going to implement it we were told it is not available. This led us to find alternatives for those upset customers. Mesh's multi-tenant management capabilities allow us to easily monitor email threats across all customers from a single platform, saving significant time. The platform also enables us to quickly identify and remove threats for multiple customers simultaneously, narrowing the window of time for users to click on dangerous links and attachments. Also, some customers were hesitant to adopt prior email security solutions that required extensive time and involvement. With Mesh’s regularly scheduled Quarantine Digest emails, customers can now manage their quarantined messages directly from their inbox in just a few seconds, without needing to log into a separate portal—though that option remains available for those who want to access more settings. What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you? The reporting and visibility into the types of emails being received make it very easy to manage. Our previous email security was complicated to setup and reporting was difficult. Customers didn't have any ability to allow emails through.
