**What do you like best about Mesh?**

What stands out most is how effortlessly it strengthens email security without adding friction to day‑to‑day work. The platform gives clear visibility into threats, automates a lot of the heavy lifting, and makes it easy to take action quickly. I also appreciate how intuitive and clean the interface is, which means you don’t need deep technical knowledge to get real value from it. Overall, it feels modern, efficient, and designed to make security teams’ lives easier.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

If anything, the main drawback is that some features feel a bit hidden or require extra clicks to reach, which can slow down quick investigations. There are moments where the workflow could be more streamlined, especially when switching between different views or digging into detailed threat information. It’s not a deal‑breaker, but a bit more polish around navigation and speed would make the experience even smoother.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MESH is helping solve the challenge of identifying and responding to email‑based threats quickly and accurately. Instead of relying on manual checks or scattered tools, it centralises everything into one place, making it far easier to spot phishing attempts, suspicious behaviour, and policy violations. It also reduces the noise that typically comes with email‑security alerts. By prioritising real risks and filtering out false positives, it saves time and lets me focus on the issues that actually matter. The automation around investigation and remediation is a major benefit too—routine tasks that used to take several steps can now be handled in a couple of clicks. Overall, MESH improves visibility, speeds up response times, and strengthens email security without adding extra workload, which makes day‑to‑day operations smoother and more efficient.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Mesh does a good job, even in our limited experience. I find it simple for end users to block or approve emails, which is a nice feature.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

No secure email. This has caused some negative feedback from our customers. This is a necessary feature for our healthcare and government customers. It is not available. We saw that it was road-mapped or planned soon, but when going to implement it we were told it is not available. This led us to find alternatives for those upset customers. There have been issues with implementing it across email-heavy environments. Its stricter blocking requires some end user training.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Mesh for email security and filtering for our customers. It effectively blocks unwanted email, and it's simple for users to manage what to block or approve.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

From our initial contact with the MESH team, our experience has been outstanding. The implementation process was both quick and straightforward, and we received excellent support throughout. Whenever we required help, the team responded promptly and provided useful assistance. Our team our in the portal everyday as are our end-users. The platform is user-friendly and makes managing email security feel effortless. In summary, MESH has proven to be easy to implement, well-supported, and very effective.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

I'm yet to find a problem with the system. Everything that was discussed about MESH is true!

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before switching to MESH, many of our customers were receiving a high volume of spam and phishing emails through our previous platform. Since implementing MESH, that issue has been completely resolved. The difference was immediate — spam and phishing attempts have dropped significantly, and our customers now have far greater confidence in their email security.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Mesh is a fantastic email filter for MSPs because its multi-tenant portal makes customer management incredibly efficient. The ability to globally search for threats, manage policies, and remediate issues across all clients from a single dashboard is a huge time saver. It's also pretty easy to set up and deploy. Our customers also find it very user-friendly, and their support team is top-notch—always responsive and incredibly helpful whenever we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

Applying global policy updates to customers tenants could be a bit better as to not overwrite custom policies

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous solutions required us to log into separate tenant portals to manage email security for each customer. Mesh's multi-tenant management capabilities allow us to easily monitor email threats across all customers from a single platform, saving significant time. The platform also enables us to quickly identify and remove threats for multiple customers simultaneously, narrowing the window of time for users to click on dangerous links and attachments.

Also, some customers were hesitant to adopt prior email security solutions that required extensive time and involvement. With Mesh’s regularly scheduled Quarantine Digest emails, customers can now manage their quarantined messages directly from their inbox in just a few seconds, without needing to log into a separate portal—though that option remains available for those who want to access more settings.

Some false positives when quarantining emails, but this is rare.

Mesh automatically sends malicious and nuisence emails to quarantine. Users can release the emails they want, unless marked as something malicious (e.g. malware, banned, phishing, etc.). In these cases, they can only request the release.

MESH is not only straightforward to implement but also designed with the end user in mind, making the overall experience seamless and intuitive for our customers. One of the standout aspects of the platform is the remediation feature, which I find particularly impressive—it allows issues to be identified and addressed quickly, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency. Beyond the product itself, the customer support team deserves recognition as well; they consistently provide fast, knowledgeable, and effective assistance, ensuring that any questions or challenges are resolved without delay. Altogether, MESH combines ease of use, powerful functionality, and reliable support, making it a valuable solution for our organization.

Honestly, there's very little to complain about—overall, it functions extremely well.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The reporting and visibility into the types of emails being received make it very easy to manage.
Our previous email security was complicated to setup and reporting was difficult. Customers didn't have any ability to allow emails through.
MESH has made this much easier by intregating into the Outlook Report function to report emails back to MESH.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Mesh is very quick to setup, easy to use and allows you to effectively manage mail globally for clients and your internal org.  The mail caching feature in Mesh Unified is brilliant. Support team have also been very quick in responding to my tickets.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

It judges clean mail as spam a bit more than I hoped but this can likely be trained out.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our old spam filter took hours to fully setup as it was through a CSP and we were not able to globally manage mail. We also did not have the mail caching feature, if there was a DNS issue the mail would just be gone.

Such a good vendor to deal with - good release cycle with genuinely useful features, open to suggestions for improvements, and actually take them through to implementation. Support is second to none - I get follow-ups weeks after the initial ticket has been dealt with letting me know about improvements made to the platform based on the issue reported, which is amazing.

Never had anything I've not liked for long... anything found is addressed and remediated.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

We recently started using Mesh. The ease of navigation for end-user and admins is top-notch. Support is some of the best we have encountered. The support team is always very responsive, something you almost never see anymore and their attention to detail. They will not provide you canned responses and will truly should you real love. Systems are very responsive, no lag.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

They could improve the categorization of spam-likely vs infomail more accurately. Lack of basic features like ability to filter Allow rule views that are applied to a specific user. At the moment, you are only allowed to enter search terms that don't search for who/where the rule is applied to.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Undoing the complications you see in many email security products today and adding scalibility.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

I have known the people behind Mesh for years, when they created their previous email security product. That product was excelent. When they created Mesh, I did not want to miss their new great product, this time even better for MSP such as ourselves.
Migrating to Mesh is very easy. Using it is also very easy, and our endusers enjoy their spam reports very much.
They are always here for you, and the product is great, with probably the best support I've experienced in my 30+ years in the market.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

Nothing! We have had (bad) experiences with other vendors. Not with them.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It protects our customers from one of the most dangerous vectors of attack - malicious emails.
It also reduces spam considerably.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

An email filtering solution that works and does what it says it will, filter emails and do it effectively. We have seen a reduction in the amount of phishing and spam emails getting through to clients mailboxes. False positives are reduced, less calls from clients asking for emails to be released from quarantine.

None, its an easy to use solution and we have not found any issues with it.

Protecting clients mailboxes from time wasting emails (Spam) and security risks (Phishing and Malware).

It's specifically geared to how MSPs work and the support is second to none.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

We've found little if anything to actually dislike about Mesh. We started with Mesh when it was still in Beta form and would have liked more features sooner. However, Mesh sensibly priortised getting the product working well over bells and whistles - which has led to a reliable and easy to work with platform.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted better email filtering than Microsoft could supply (with their Microsoft 365 email) as well as good and streamlined administration and ease of use for our customers.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

The simple, easy to access control panel with SSO support allows the team to quickly establish the emails sent and recieved across our entire customer base. Configuring the platform, whether it be Mesh Gateway, 365, or Unified takes very little time to do. Support is always responsive and take matters seriously. As early adopters of the platform, we're very impressed with how far Mesh has come, and look forward to continuing to see it grow.

There isn't much to dislike, and the team take our suggestions and recomendations seriously.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mesh takes away the challange MSPs face of having to connect into each individual customer environment to manage email security, and brings every customer estate to the forefront allowing us more time to focus on proactively improving security for our customers instead of needing to spend countless hours reacting to incidents. 

If/when emails do ever fall though the net, Mesh 365 allows us to rapidly remove emails from our customers mailboxes.

Mesh is a great product, it saves our engineers time by providing a more unified and streamlined interface. It offers global email tracking and remediation across all customers. The Mesh team is great and easy to work with. We are really happy we switched to Mesh.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

Would like them to be under Pax8. A little more flexiblitity with custom rules, but I believe that is coming soon.

We have consolidated our email security stack with Mesh, and that helps our end users and engineers simplify their workflow.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Mesh have identified that for an MSP ease of management across multiple clients is key to operational efficiency and they deliver that in spades. 

The management interface is clean and intuitive and allows actions to be carried out across multiple clients in one swoop.

The integration into M365 means user licensing is simple and if you integrate with Gradient and a PSA tool you can automate your billing reconciliation.

On top of this Mesh will assist with client onboarding through the concierge service which means if you're tight on time or low on internal resource you have direct support from the Mesh team.

The advantages to the MSP aside the actual security service itself is great. We were an early adopter as it's important for us to ensure we know a product and use it ourselves before we decide its good enough for our clients. The detection rates are exceptional and the ability to run with the Gateway and M365 API integration combined means we have a really powerful email security offering for our clients.

Last point. The ease of dealing with Mesh and their team makes it a great partnership too. There's always someone to speak to from an account management perspective and the support team when needed are quick and knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

I can't say we've had any problems with the solution so nothing at his point.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to manage all customer in a single platform reducing admin overhead and meaning we provide a better service for our clients.

It reduces the risk that a client will be compromised form email malware and phishing meaning the client can focus on their business and we are less likely to have to deal with incidents related to business email compromise which can be lengthy and damaging.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Great UI and easy to use/manage for our customers and internal staff within our MSP. 
The customer support is fantastic as we use this solution frequently, if we do encounter any issues they are resolved promptly.
It is a very easy solution to implement and integrate and has a number of features such as VIP tagging that make securing a complex environment very easy. would highly recommend.

I have had no issues with the product that did not get resolved promptly and very well explained.

Mesah is allowing us to manage multiple customers in a single-user interface this helps us save time and makes processes more secure and efficient

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

We've implemented Mesh for a number of our customers, being able to implement it in 365 via API has made our lives to much easier, we no longer having to gain access to a customer's DNS which saves so much time.

The UI itself is super simple to use, we've even trained some of our IT savvy customers to effectively manage their own Mesh tenant which has been a positive experience for all involved.

We've logged some support tickets with Mesh in the past and always received a quick professional response, most of which has resolved the issue straight away.

Configuring, Policies, block, allow and custom rules within Mesh is incredibly easy and takes no time at all. One of our customer's favourite features of Mesh is the ability to request a digest on demand, which has reduced the volume of support requests we receive considerably.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

Mesh has continued to improve since we first started using it, I have no complaints with it at this moment in time.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've migrated most of our customers from SpamTitan and O365 Spam Protect as they were both clunky, there were no digests on demand and it simply wasn't easy to configure. Mesh has greatly reduced the number of support tickets we receive on a daily basis as our customers are able to release and request quarantine digests as and when needed. 

From a technical perspective, implementing Mesh via API in O365 has made things incredibly easy for our engineers when migrating a customer to it, this has saved us time and money.

We have also been able show our customers how many malicious emails Mesh has blocked for them since they've been migrated, this has been a great help when discussing email security with them.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Mesh is easy to use and really user friendly.

It is easy to create allow rules, block rules and custom rules. 
It is easy to run mail traces to find emails that may have been reported as "lost".
It is easy to search for emails in message traces too and the migration from older email security filters to Mesh is seamless.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

I suppose one thing I'd like to improve about Mesh is being able to search older than 30 days in email traces but other than that, I cannot fault it at all, one bit.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mesh helps us identify potentially malicious emails that may contain malware/ransomware/spam/phishing and allows us to create allow/block rules to accomodate customer's needs.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Mesh anti-spam is a powerful tool for Users and administrators. It detects threats and spam within emails and stops them delivering. This can be good to prevent your staff members getting tricked by Phishing emails etc. It provides a high level of accuracy and when it quarantines/stops an email, it can be released by an administrator.

Overall, Mesh has been instrumental in saving the business from spam emails, malicious attachments, and links that pose a risk. It simplifies email management for all involved and makes it easy to recover important messages when needed.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

In terms of drawbacks, I have no complaints. Any issues that have arisen have been quickly and efficiently resolved by the support team, and the detection capabilities of the tool continue to improve over time.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mesh solves several problems related to email management, including detecting and quarantining spam emails, malicious attachments, and links that could put the business at risk. This not only helps to protect the organization from potential security threats but also makes email management much simpler for both end-users and administrators.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Mesh Email Security provides excellent security. The multi-tenant management for MSPs offers one the best management interface I have seen, which is super helpful for administrator access. The Quarantine Digest is user friendly and allows end user and admins to create email rules and release emails with ease.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

I have not came across any issues regarding Mesh Security. I have only seen positive reviews regarding the platform which I can vouch for. 

The platform looks to have focused on user functionality which causing majority of issues elsewhere.

**What problems is Mesh solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mesh is protecting myself and clients from Phishing and Malware attacks as well as allowing admins to create email rules and polcies with no faff. In additon to this, Mesh's Quarantine Digest feature allows clients to manage their inbound mail which descriptions on why emails have been caught.

Deploying MESH is very easy to deploy now. Enable the API into the 365 tenants and you're done, with what is not to like. Support is excellent Brian is very accommodating and provides simple explanations to assist with the issues you may have.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

Since implementing Mesh, it has effectively prevented phishing emails and spam from infiltrating our inbox, which was previously a significant issue. Despite having tried multiple solutions in the past, Mesh has proven to be the most effective, and we noticed the positive results almost immediately.

We are delighted to have found a solution that is capable of blocking these dangerous emails, and our team finds it simple to use. Also when there have been issues their support has generally been very helpful in helping resolve the problem

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

To date, we have not encountered any issues with Mesh. It simply performs its duties flawlessly. If it could be better, I would suggest that certain settings such as quarantine reports to be implemented on a user by user basis rather the whole organisation.

Mesh has improved our security and productivity by eliminating the need to handle fake emails, making us feel more secure and productive.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

The email filtering just works. End of line, works. The mail flow follows your rules and routes explicitly.

Customers can create safelist/denylist rules that do not override the initial security filtering.

You can pick and choose who gets what level of filtering with minimal effort; it's a drop-down window. That simple.

The support is instantaneous, at least in my encountered issues. They provide a step-by-step guide on every aspect of the product to be configured however you deem fit, but nine times out of 10, their suggested practices cover all the bases.

They take suggestions and feedback immediately and attempt to roll it out in some capacity with each update or revision. Communication from the team is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

My only real complaint is there is no dark mode, as the white is a bit blinding; that counts as a complaint right? 

Come on, Brian, give us some color schemes!

Mesh Email Security provides excellent security and is very user-friendly. The multi-tenant management for MSPs offers the best management interface I have seen in an email security product.

The end-user email digests look great and make it super easy for end users to release emails or block emails they do not wish to receive.

I have not had any serious issues, just a few questions along the way, and the support team is always quick to respond and knowledgeable about the product and provides excellent guidance and support.

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

Honestly, I haven't found any negatives with Mesh, there are some features that I would like, but they are enhancing the product and coming out with new features all the time.

Also, when they release new stuff, it has been thoroughly tested and works. I am never concerned if it will "break" something.

Mesh Email Security helps me provide high-quality email security to my MSP clients that is not only cost-affordable but also extremely easy to use and has a low configuration overhead.

Having the ability to choose between API or Gateway and soon have a product that uses both is great. You can get the best of Gateway based filtering with digests or the best of API with the ability to remove mail etc. Awesome dashboard and super easy to see and manage mail.

The addition of Mesh as our anti-spam solution of choice has vastly improved our support capabilities and also allowed us to pass a lot of the tedious user-level management onto the end-user themselves. This saves us a surprising amount of time and also empowers our user-base.

Not a lot, I would like to see the header functionality increased, as we are still  having to copy and paste these into third party tools such as MXToolbox for analysis.

**What do you like best about Mesh?**

I have found from my experince using Mesh has been a very useful tool, making things simple for both the end user and the administrators. Using the learning technology within Mesh, it is able to detect threats and spam being sent through emails and quarantine them with a high level of accuracy, only building up the more it is used. When emails need to be recovered, it is simple for the end users to request this, and just as simple for administrators to release them.

Whenever there has been an issue that requires further invesitgation, the support team has always been reliable and quick to respond, elaborating further for things that are needing explination and doing whatever they are able to in order to help get issues resolved and improve their service. 

Adjustable settings letting you increase or decrease the threshold for what is quarantined, and allowing for the digest emails to be sent out on a frequency that best suits your needs makes things much easier for everyone involved and I can't recommend enough!

**What do you dislike about Mesh?**

Nothing to complain about really, any issues that have been found are quickly and efficiently resolved by the support team and the detection is only getting stronger as time moves on.

How easy the UI is to navigate. I never truly find it much of a struggle to go through and release emails or inspect aspects of the spam filter. I've never had any issues finding anything on there.

When going back into Mesh sometimes it'll automatically load up the page of the previous account I was looking at, instead of bringing me to the main partner page. Not a big problem though!

It's a much better solution to Microsoft's seemingly poor spam filter UI and protection - it makes things a lot easier to manage and allows me to support customers better when they need our asssitance.

Not much! Maybe the odd false positive, but happy the product is erring on the side of caution for obvious reasons.

The detections seem a lot more accurate compared to other systems and the quarantine digests are clearly presented.

On the rare occasion we've had to speak to support, they have been friendly to speak to and quick to resolve any queries or issues.

Mesh is so simple and straight forward to setup, once it's in place it just works. Reducing spam and BEC risks instantly and only gets better with time and user interaction. We have tried a number of systems previously and there was always something wrong with them, the UI was awkward or the actual engine wasn’t intelligent enough producing too many false positives or letting blatant spam through.

The support team are amazing, they are responsive and always get a result quickly

Honestly so far there isnt anything, the product is always being developed and new features and improvements are always coming online.

Mesh is a really powerful product with layers of security. It stops spam, phishing and malware in its tracks. It also has a VIP setting for those accounts prone to receiving more bad mail than others, such as finance directors.

Nothing to dislike at all. The product is simple but robust, and the team are amazing if you need anything.

Mesh is proving itself by freeing up our time to concentrate on daily work. The system is so good, we don't have to do anything with it.  Customers are able to manage their quarantine, and we only get involved if a user requests a dodgy email to be released, the system protecting the user from being able to release dodgy mail.

The simple, user-friendly UI makes setting up and managing the platform super easy. The same goes for the user end when flagging/reporting emails to be blocked or allowed.

Honestly, not much. Setting up can be a little more involved if you don't use office 365 or Exchange. Some smaller 3rd party mail clients were either tricky or weren't compatible at all

There have been a few updates that have resolved some issues we ran into before. I think the main one for me was when importing rules, you couldn't set it to apply to all domains and had to add them multiple times. This has now been resolved with the option for organization

Since we began using Mesh, it has blocked phishing emails and spam that were a problem before — having tried several other solutions, and we had given up hope. Then our IT company suggested we try Mesh and we could see the difference almost immediately.

It's nice to finally have a solution capable of stopping these dangerous mails and our staff find it easy to use.

So far, there hasn't been anything we don't like. It just does its job.
