## About Menu Profit Manager
Menu Profit Manager by Open Pantry is menu costing and invoice-reading software for restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs. Photograph an invoice, drop in a PDF or forward it to your own invoice email, and products, pack sizes and prices fill in. Every dish on your menu is then costed from those real supplier prices and recalculated when a price moves, so you can see food cost %, profit per portion and which dishes need repricing. Import recipes from a photo of a recipe card or a spreadsheet, cost sub-recipes and batches once, and see price rises by dish with what to charge instead. Reviewed invoices sync to Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB as bills. Menu Profit Manager is free for venues that sign up from Open Pantry's free food cost calculator (theopenpantry.com/food-cost-calculator): no card and no trial that runs out. Venues that also want automated inventory, stocktakes, POS integration and full reporting can move up to Restaurant Pro Suite.
