MentoMind is a white-label digital test prep platform designed to help tutoring companies and educators scale their expertise by offering a fully branded learning experience. The platform provides adaptive practice between tutoring sessions, automated-guided prep for independent learners, and tools to keep families engaged at every stage of the learning journey. It specialises in standardised test preparation, including SAT, ACT, HSPT, AP Math, and PSSA, ISEE with thousands of expert-crafted questions and full-length adaptive tests. The entire system runs under the tutor's own brand, domain, logo, and colours, transforming tutoring businesses into complete learning brands. Key capabilities include automated diagnostic testing, adaptive practice question banks, full-length tests, real-time student activity and skill tracking, and parent reporting. Educators can build their own courses from PDFs, generate new questions, or use ready-made expert content across multiple subjects. The platform enables tutors to serve up to 10x more students through automated-guided programmes, while spotting which self-guided students are ready to convert into tutoring clients. Payment collection, cohort management, packages, are all built in, giving educators an end-to-end business solution. Implementation typically starts by selecting or building a course, then sharing a free diagnostic test to attract and evaluate students. Tutors then enrol students via self-prep access or tutoring packages with integrated payment flow.
