Frequently, I am connected with someone based in the India time zone, which can be inconvenient. Since I work a standard 9-5 schedule in the GMT time zone, it would be much more efficient to communicate with support staff who are available during the same hours for quicker assistance in times of need as our business needs are not being met. Its end user impact is minimal, running quietly in the background with minimal impact on performance. Our users are often unaware that it handles all their web browsing. The management console is straightforward to use, with an easy to configure policy system. Implementation and Integration was straightforward. Any issues are handled quickly by Menlo Support, delivering solutions in no time at all.
