I find Menlo Security very easy to deploy and manage, which gives a faster time to security and lowers the operational burden on IT and SecOps teams. One challenge I often face is the time zone difference when seeking help from the service desk. Frequently, I am connected with someone based in the India time zone, which can be inconvenient. Since I work a standard 9-5 schedule in the GMT time zone, it would be much more efficient to communicate with support staff who are available during the same hours for quicker assistance in times of need as our business needs are not being met. I find Menlo Security very easy to implement and use, with minimal issues for end users right out of the box. If any problems do come up, changing policies is simple and quick. Its end user impact is minimal, running quietly in the background with minimal impact on performance. Our users are often unaware that it handles all their web browsing.
