It also bifurcate employees in different groups according to intrest and specialization. It also helps us in knowing who all are active users and who are non-active employees in the company. The main problem with this tools is it's monthly subscription plan which is too costly for us as they charge it everytime on a monthly basis and we have small employees group who all are active on this platform. So, for us it has not been that affordable so far but trust me it is a good people management software mostly for large companies having multiple employees groups. The process of planning, managing registrations, bookings etc everything is done with the help of this tool and in little time. The Main challenge that I have been facing after installing this tool is their is no availability of good support team when the payments get stuck while we do large bookings also their user interface can be better as it does not have descriptive features for new users. The pricing of maintaining membership works is very costly it is a hell of a investment for small companies to manage it in a long run. Also we are dealing with providing sensitive data of the organisation and company with this platform. So sometimes trusting their security is not enough as their security system is not that robust. I can embed HTML widgets into almost any website and can customize the fields as well as layout. It is a lot more flexible than other membership software I have tried. I have used it for business associations, networking groups and even created a directory of properties for a real estate association. There are a few limitations. Such as only one widget per page. That has created the need for additional pages and popups, and I prefer fewer clicks to get to functions. However, these limitations are tolerable in light of all that it does do. Also, the HELP section is useful however sometimes I do not know the terms used so finding an answer is sometimes challenging... But that is why the phone line is appreciated!
