It also bifurcate employees in different groups according to intrest and specialization. It also helps us in knowing who all are active users and who are non-active employees in the company. We mostly schedule important meetings with the help of this tool and sometimes even organise parities for mood refreshments. **What do you dislike about Membershipworks?** The main problem with this tools is it's monthly subscription plan which is too costly for us as they charge it everytime on a monthly basis and we have small employees group who all are active on this platform. So, for us it has not been that affordable so far but trust me it is a good people management software mostly for large companies having multiple employees groups. **What problems is Membershipworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our experience has been gradually improved because they have worked alot on their interface and also made the software more user-friendly from in these last few months. There were lots of glitches in their web version but now they have a clean and better user interface and that makes much easy for our team to manage employees group well and keep track record of all the little and important details about them. ### 2. The process of planning, managing registrations, bookings etc everything is done with the help of this tool and in little time. The platform helps in collecting the donations and membership fees of all the participants and show real time details in their dashboard. **What do you dislike about Membershipworks?** The Main challenge that I have been facing after installing this tool is their is no availability of good support team when the payments get stuck while we do large bookings also their user interface can be better as it does not have descriptive features for new users. The main challenge is it's compatiblity with mobile devices which is week and useless. **What problems is Membershipworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** The overall and main problem that this tool solves is that it connects people of our company and also help them in exchanging the information of all the events throughout the day. Also we are dealing with providing sensitive data of the organisation and company with this platform. So sometimes trusting their security is not enough as their security system is not that robust. **What problems is Membershipworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is a tool that helps organisations in streamlining their customers membership management and long term financial operations that happen in day to day life. It is a lot more flexible than other membership software I have tried. I have used it for business associations, networking groups and even created a directory of properties for a real estate association. I also like that the support team will pick up the phone and answer questions. That seems rare now among tech companies. **What do you dislike about Membershipworks?** There are a few limitations. Such as only one widget per page. That has created the need for additional pages and popups, and I prefer fewer clicks to get to functions. However, these limitations are tolerable in light of all that it does do. Also, the HELP section is useful however sometimes I do not know the terms used so finding an answer is sometimes challenging... But that is why the phone line is appreciated! Also, right now only one primary image is available (excluding a photo gallery) and two would be nice: one for a logo and one for a headshot. **Recommendations to others considering Membershipworks:** As with any software investigation: 1) Make a "wish list"; 2) Investigate alternatives considering features & reviews; 3) Test drive the software as well as customer support. In several of my projects, customer support was KEY to the success of the implementation. **What problems is Membershipworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** For membership organization directories, I prefer to include more than just name, address, phone, email. With MembershipWorks I can customize all the fields that I need. Same goes for a real estate directory for a caravan tour. I created one that included real estate fields (prices, square footage, # bedrooms, a photo gallery & map) using it. Flexible!! Plus they include various widgets for searches. The BIGGY was a location search based on a zip, city or state. Other alternative software did not include this feature. ### 5. Membershipdirectory, Eventmanagement and ecommerce for members. **What do you dislike about Membershipworks?** Well sometimes I found their documentation to little but they do answer quickly on their support forum so there are rarely any lasting problems. **Recommendations to others considering Membershipworks:** Give it time. Because it is worth it. The biggest problem is choosing a system but not allowing time enough to learn. And membershipworks was more easy to learn than all the four plugin we used before. **What problems is Membershipworks solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used 4 different plugins in wordpress before we started using Membershipworks. One for the public member directory, one for the member events, another for the administration of members and we tried using woo-comerce to create e-commerce for our members but it was to complicated.
