Mehman Reviews & Product Details

Mehman is an AI reservation and revenue platform for hospitality businesses. It helps properties turn guest enquiries into direct bookings by connecting guest conversations, availability checks, booking workflows, payments and follow-ups. Available around the clock across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, phone calls and website chat, Mehman answers property questions and helps guests find a suitable stay. It connects with channel managers to access rates and availability and uses property information to ground its responses. Reservation teams can use Mehman to send payment links, track deposits and keep booking status updated. Automated follow-ups help teams reconnect with guests after a quote or an unfinished enquiry. The platform also supports upselling opportunities, such as room upgrades, airport pickups and late checkout, alongside outreach to past guests to encourage repeat direct bookings. A shared inbox and guest CRM bring conversations, preferences and stay history together. When an enquiry requires personal attention, Mehman hands it to the team with the conversation context attached. Mehman works alongside existing hospitality tools, helping reservation teams reduce repetitive work, maintain continuity across channels and focus their attention on guests who need human support.
