Meditopia isn't just a meditation app. The guided meditations are, of course, incredibly helpful, but as I like reading, I often read their web blogs which cover many topics; the webinars have given me so much insight into how to manage a full-time remote work environment better. I used to struggle to find the program that would match me, but thanks to the "mood check-in" feature, all I have to do is to pick the emoji of the mood, and It shows me the best programs that I should do, match my mood and feelings at the time.
