I've been using Meditopia for nearly two years, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my mental health. Meditopia isn't just a meditation app. The guided meditations are, of course, incredibly helpful, but as I like reading, I often read their web blogs which cover many topics; the webinars have given me so much insight into how to manage a full-time remote work environment better. I used to struggle to find the program that would match me, but thanks to the "mood check-in" feature, all I have to do is to pick the emoji of the mood, and It shows me the best programs that I should do, match my mood and feelings at the time. Meditopia’s algorithms can learn your meditation habits and preferences, providing you with personalized recommendations based on your unique needs. I also use it as my mood tracker because, sometimes, it is easy to forget the progress that I’m making. So I check that feature daily and understand myself and my emotions better. I've tried other meditation apps before and i love that in meditopia you can change the background music for the meditations. I wish there was a faster access to my favorite tracks, so instead of going to my profile and then "my favorites" it will be cool to have the access on the main menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
