## About MDE Pro
MDE Pro is mortgage readiness software that evaluates borrower qualifications and routes eligible applicants to a broker's loan application system. Embedded on a broker's website via a single line of code, it eliminates complex integrations or developer involvement. Visitors complete an eight-question assessment in about 20 seconds, generating two scores: the Readiness Score for overall preparedness and Approval Likelihood based on DTI, credit profile, down payment, and cash flow. All calculations occur in the browser without external data storage. The software adapts messaging based on results, prompting qualified borrowers to apply and guiding others to consult with the broker. Broker branding remains visible throughout. MDE Pro routes borrowers to the broker's existing loan application, whether that's Floify, Encompass, LendingPad, Arive, Loanzify, or any custom URL. It works on platforms like WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and Webflow. Updates deploy automatically to all installations.
