MDE Pro is mortgage readiness software that evaluates borrower qualifications and routes eligible applicants to a broker's loan application system. Embedded on a broker's website via a single line of code, it eliminates complex integrations or developer involvement. Visitors complete an eight-question assessment in about 20 seconds, generating two scores: the Readiness Score for overall preparedness and Approval Likelihood based on DTI, credit profile, down payment, and cash flow. All calculations occur in the browser without external data storage.
