Mawidi Reviews & Product Details

Mawidi is a bilingual AI receptionist purpose-built for service businesses across the Gulf (GCC) — clinics, dental and aesthetic practices, salons, spas, restaurants, gyms and more. It answers inbound WhatsApp messages and phone calls 24/7 in Khaleeji Arabic and English, qualifies each enquiry, books the appointment directly into your existing calendar, and collects a deposit through local payment rails (Mada, Apple Pay, Sadad, KNET). Routine reception is handled automatically, with a seamless handoff to a human whenever it's needed. Built GCC-first, Mawidi understands local dialects, Ramadan-aware scheduling and Friday/Saturday weekends. It replaces missed calls and unanswered WhatsApp messages — the two biggest sources of lost bookings for service businesses — with instant, around-the-clock responses, and reduces no-shows by up to 85% through automated reminders, one-tap rescheduling and prepaid deposits. Key capabilities: • Bilingual AI agent (Khaleeji Arabic + English) that switches language mid-conversation • WhatsApp Business, inbound and outbound voice, and SMS handled by a single agent • 24/7 automated booking into Google Calendar, Outlook and major clinic/salon systems • Deposit and payment collection via Mada, Apple Pay, Sadad, KNET and card • Automated reminders and one-tap rescheduling — up to 85% fewer no-shows • Live human handoff plus a unified operations inbox, analytics dashboard, SLA tracking and owner digests Headquartered in Doha, Qatar, Mawidi serves businesses across Qatar, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
