**What do you like best about Mavek?**

What I love most about Mavek is how it completely replaced the need for a full in-house marketing team at GetMyUni. We're a high-traffic edtech platform handling millions of students searching for colleges and courses across India, and our marketing needs are massive — Google Ads, Meta campaigns, SEO content, lead nurturing, analytics. Before Mavek, we had five people juggling all these channels with no unified view.

Mavek's AI agents — particularly Donna for strategy and Eva for ad optimization — plugged directly into our Google Ads and GA4 accounts and started delivering results within the first week. The fact that everything is grounded in our actual live data, not generic industry benchmarks, makes the output genuinely useful. Carrie's content is on-brand from day one because it's built on our brief, not some generic template.

The human + AI combo is the real differentiator. Having real strategists review outputs weekly means nothing goes off the rails. For GetMyUni's admission season campaigns, this has been game-changing.

**What do you dislike about Mavek?**

Honestly, the dislikes are minor compared to the overall value. The initial onboarding and briefing process takes a few days, which means there's a short ramp-up period before everything is fully running. For a platform like GetMyUni where admission seasons move fast, those early days required some patience.

Also, because Mavek requires your approval before anything goes live, you do need to be available to review and greenlight campaigns. This is actually a feature, not a flaw — but during peak seasons when we're stretched thin, even a small approval bottleneck can slow things down. A faster async approval flow or a mobile-friendly review interface would make this even smoother.

**What problems is Mavek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GetMyUni operates in an intensely competitive edtech space where students make college decisions based on content, ads, and organic search. Our key business problems were: (1) fragmented marketing execution across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and email with no single source of truth, (2) high cost of maintaining specialist marketers across all channels, and (3) slow content production during peak admission cycles like JEE and NEET seasons.

Mavek solved all three. Our paid campaigns are now running continuously and being optimized without a dedicated ads manager. Our organic traffic has grown significantly because content is being produced consistently based on keyword data. And our lead nurturing sequences are automated and personalized.

The biggest benefit has been scale — we're now executing across channels that were previously understaffed or ignored entirely, which directly translates to more student inquiries, more college partnerships, and measurably better ROI on our marketing spend.

**What do you like best about Mavek?**

I use Mavek for creating and planning my Inbound & outbound B2B campaigns, and it's really helped in strategizing my overall digital full funnel campaigns. It aids in deciding a media plan and helps allocate budget properly with the right channel mix. I appreciate that Mavek allows me to have clear goals. The agents of Mavek are pretty well-trained with very low hallucination, which is great for planning, setting up, and executing outreach campaigns with integrated tools. It also helps with budget optimizations, bid changes, and day-to-day A/B testing, all from a single platform, covering the full life cycle of the campaigns. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, and Mavek was ready to use within 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Mavek?**

Mavek has integrations with major digital growth platforms. They should add integration for CRMs & publish more skills.

**What problems is Mavek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Mavek to strategize my digital outreach campaigns, helping me with media planning and budget allocation within the right channel mix.
