For us, the flexible pricing based on actual usage and simplicity for the client as well as for uploading, along with the reliability factor, make it a great choice. In the past, services like WeTransfer and Hightail were at best marginally reliable and at worst very difficult for our clients to use. In particular, clients often became confused as they attempted downloads and thought they had to use their own credit card and sign up for an account. With MASV, our custom branded upload portal makes client submissions a breeze and we can send packages easily to our clients without MASV pressuring them to install an app or buy a subscription to their service unnecessarily. "Fast, Easy File Transfers with Simple Folder Control" 5/5 What do you like best about MASV? It’s easy to transfer files directly to my computer, and once it was set up, it became very simple to manage and control. If the download location needs to change, the files will download straight to the folder you choose. As a company, we’re downloading massive files all the time, and they download very quickly. Overall, it’s a great app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MASV? Sometimes, my computer restarts overnight, and if the app isn’t open, those files won’t download. It makes it easy to stream massive workloads straight to where they need to be, cutting out a lot of downloading and general faffing around. I find the MASV portal really useful because it gives customers an easy way to upload content to us by just sending them a portal link. It makes the process very easy. Additionally, the ability to connect to external S3-compatible storage is beneficial, as when customers upload content, it automatically goes to a specific S3 bucket. This setup means our customer support agents can easily find the content. We're a small business, and the pay-as-you-go pricing model works very well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. MASV solves the difficulties of transferring large files using FTP and other protocols.
