MasterKey Reviews & Product Details

MasterKey is an AI agent designed specifically for hotels in Australia and New Zealand. It integrates with a hotel's existing systems—including PMS, POS, rates, channel managers, reviews, finance, payroll, CRM, billing, booking, roster, and reports—to monitor operations, identify issues, and propose actions. Each morning, it sends a concise summary of the day's most important decisions to the hotel manager via email or WhatsApp, with clear explanations and options to approve or hold. For example, it might flag that the Saturday rate is underpriced compared to the comp set and suggest raising it to a specific amount.
