I love that the software is all in one. Has the ability to book classes and appointments and on demand classes. keep all clients in one general place on the internet for doing business with our brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is in it baby stages. while there is a lot that is working, there are also some major functions of the platform that have unresolved glitches and are in the middle of fixes. Ex. the chat widget, waiting on a Android inbox app (to launch in 2 months), the appointment and class booking feature needs cancelation windows and to fix some double booking issues. overall great bones! I am very new to Mastera, and I have subscribed based on a new business idea that I have, but wasn't able to put my finger on how to execute it. Mastera came along and provided me with some inspiration on how I could put the business into motion without a lot of work. I've explored the tool so far with ease and am finding it very intuitive and user friendly. The Zoom integration for live classes and instruction is great.

I purchased Tier 3 and the only complaint I have is that to have the platform completely white label I need to purchase 2 more accounts. For me this isn’t a deal breaker. Still working on some other integrations with video integration. However, I heard back from video hosting 3rd party platforms, and its issue on their end with .mp4.
