Mastera Reviews & Product Details

Simple navigation menu. All in one software with built-in email service provider. I was looking for a software program that would enable me to set up a training portion (for high ticket clients) and host my website without having to add in extra plugins or integrations like email service providers etc.

I have found Mastera to be valuable in this regard.

Summary:

It's a lot more simple to navigate than Kajabi - 5 Stars

It's great value - 5 Stars

It has many features, which means I don't need to go outside Mastera - 5 Stars

It has the option to create your white label Apple and Android APP, that's great (cost is a bit high) 5 Stars Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The 2 only things that would have been helpful, hopefully they will fix:

#1 Where are the tutorials to teach you how to customize the website?

- An easy-to-find training portal or place to learn where / how to edit the page design. I tried looking and spent many hours, I got frustrated.

- On all other software, an Onboarding Function is built into the user interface until all setup is complete. I don't know how to update the page design or how to customize it because there are no videos anywhere, and I've spent a lot of time Googling it.

#2 Why can't we get support/access/onboarding call to suit other time zones?

I'm in Australia and unfortunately, the support team doesn't have times to do any calls unless I join them at 3 am my time. This is not doable.

Maybe things will get better in the future when they grow their team.

Dear Mastera Support -

Please make tutorial videos more obvious - I just can't see them in the back end dashboard.

Would you please make times available for people in the southern hemisphere to join you for onboarding?

In saying this, I still think this software is worth 20 Gold Stars. I have recommended it to three friends who have bought it and are using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to do live events is simple to manage and gives prospects the ability to easily sign up. There are a lot of options without being overly complex Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that is a coaching and teaching solution for live stream and video coaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform will be beneficial to any type of coach or teacher. Live classes, on-demand films and programs, one-on-one appointment scheduling, and segmented email marketing work well together. Support has been quite helpful, and they appear to want to make this the greatest platform available. I started using and playing with mastera and what I like about it is ability to use unlimited teachers and direct integration with zoom. Also payment processor looks working. The best thing is everything works out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I didn't find anything down on Mastera. I have connected the support team, and the support team is responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since the start of the pandemic, I have bought and tested 8 different LMS on LTD. I would say, by far, Mastera is the 1 that meets the mark in all areas from the admin interface, to instructor interface to the students' interface. The breadth of what it can do ie with the live classes, pre recorded classes and even product sales is definitely a major boost to building my training institute online. Support is responsive and has replied to my requests in a timely manner both on their own Facebook group and via email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a lack of integrations, at present there are none. I think a service like Zapier, Pabbly etc should be a priority so we can get Mastera talking to our other apps - that is literally my only gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
