## MassageBook Reviews
  ### 1. Best scheduling platform for LMTs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica B. | Licensed Massage Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2019

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

I love that Massagebook offers such a variety of business tools, not only can I schedule my clients, they can schedule themselves online too! Saving me precious time to focus on other tasks. Massagebook also integrates with square making check out and deposit into my bank safe and easy.. did I mention they also have a sales tab? I can check my sales and reports. Loving their email marketing campaign I have autopilot emails set to go out after a new client books to ask for a review and I have accumulated ALOT of reviews.. more then. I ever would on my own. Over the years it has helped change and shape the way I run my business.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

I wish I could color code services and that I could use the promotions to offer free add ons instead of having to choose a percentage off.

**Recommendations to others considering MassageBook:**

Massagebook will not only save you time with online booking and automated reminders, take advantage of their email marketing plan, be sure to have review email setup to go out after a new clients first visit, I wouldn’t have nearly half the reviews if it wasn’t for that email. The customized intake form it also a time and money saver.. it helps you establish boundaries and accountability.. dealing with way less late cancels and no shows. Also on the dashboard use the graph and set yourself monthly sales goal! It’s a great way to challenge yourself and when you reach that goal how accomplished you feel. I could go on, there are so many great tools.. you can’t go wrong in getting a subscription it pays for itself.

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online booking.. I have gained new clients that fine me online. I have it set that all clients who book online need to prepay. It saves me time on the phone back and fourth because when I’m in a session, I can’t answer the phone. The prepay helps ensure they’re coming in. Also with their email and text reminders and customizable intake form I have noticed a significant difference in late cancels and I haven’t had a no show in quite some time! I can’t tell you how much time I have wasted precious years on no shows or late cancelling not only wasted time but lost revenue. Massagebook is a very professional and easy way to help create boundaries and accountability..

  ### 2. It is a simple but functional tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SOFIA ANTONELLA E. | ADMINISTRADORA DE SPA/MAQUILLADORA PROFESIONAL, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2019

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

This cloud-based platform allows you to efficiently manage the spa where I work, is very easy to use, although the configuration process is a bit extensive, I like that I can centralize from the list of my customers to that of other staff members, in addition to employee management, I can centralize in this tool billing and financial management, such as performance metrics, another salient feature is marketing management, as well as order management of our products.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

Its design is somewhat boring and simple should make an update to improve the interface, make it more attractive with vibrant colors. Although it offers the possibility of linking your business website with their dating portal, it would be extremely beneficial if they developed an application.

**Recommendations to others considering MassageBook:**

Although it is not the most modern tool, is a basic tool is true, requires some updates, but is very functional, has the ability to integrate the administration D personnel with financial management, which offers a great advantage in the performance of its function as a management tool for the spa.

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since the implementation of this tool we have been able to plan better in terms of the satisfactory care of our customers, on the other hand, has allowed us to conduct marketing campaigns so we have increased our customer base substantially, also has boosted us in terms of productivity efficiency of the work team, is a tool that is not extraordinary but is very functional and does its job.

  ### 3. Works well for Simple Massage Companies

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2019

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

I liked you were able to add massages services, producers and scheduling all in one application. You could earlier customize the services and even send out reminders all in one place.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

Sometimes the system would be glitchy at times and hard to operate. Adding services did not always work or would take awhile to be present. Too many applications on the service at once:

**Recommendations to others considering MassageBook:**

I would recommend. For a first time business use it works, will take a little training to use but worth it. The company is easier to work with to with any questions. Knowledgable and understanding with the software.

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A tutorial of the program, going through it before becoming operational works. The benefits are having all the service needs in one place and much easier then pen and paper scheduling.

  ### 4. A good option

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

The unique thing massage book does is it takes the customer under their own wing and helps educate potential clients while also pointing them to businesses. I also like the interface, it's very easy to use and find things on the backend of the platform.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

It's not as hefty as a platform as, say, Acuity, on the business end - some automation limitations which my clients need in their business (and why we're no longer with massagebook). For example, I'd love to get immediate reminders and kick new clients into a sales funnel based on

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking clients, setting up packages, adding this to websites and social media.

  ### 5. Massagebook... not bad. not good; mediocre.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2019

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

On the back end of things, Massagebook is EXTREMELY user-friendly and easy to learn the software. I'm not tech savvy at all, and the platform is organized in a practically fail-proof set-up. Also, Massagebook integrates with Square (and Stripe) for easy payment.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

There are a few facets of Massagebook that have made me choose to use another scheduling software. The first being is that Massagebook as a company, not through my personal business, emails MY CLIENTS marketing emails. A few of my clients reached out to me and asked why they were receiving emails from the company... when they had never signed up for marketing through them. It was embarrassing.

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Massagebook is easy for me to use on the backend, and it easily integrated with square.

  ### 6. Great for new therapists and seasoned pros

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tina S. | Certified Aromatherapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2019

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

It is very simple to use. You're able to dive right in and get started, customizing it to fit you and your practice. Customer service is always there to help should there be any problems.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

I'd like more customization so that you can alter some of the pre-done wording to make it more in tune with your own business practices.

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Massage book helps me get clients scheduled as well as provide instant intake forms and a payment processor so that the client can easily book and pay for their services.

  ### 7. MassageBook Makes Scheduling and New Client Intake Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jade C. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2019

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

MassageBook lets you send easy-to-use Client Intake Forms virtually to clients, so that they can fill them out remotely before coming into the office. This feature has saved me and my clients time spent having to fill them out in-person. It also integrates scheduling in with Google calendars, allowing you to have everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

To access a good amount of features, you need to upgrade to a paid membership. While the pricing is very reasonable, there are other booking systems one might take into consideration.

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MassageBook makes sending online forms a breeze and is a good platform to make and track bookings.

  ### 8. MassageBook

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2019

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

User friendly, ability to compile client data easily

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

Crashing and bug issues, updates required often

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking efficiently and accurately

  ### 9. Easiest massage scheduler ever!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyn C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2018

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

at my job, we are virtual receptionists. We have to schedule for many different massage companies and learn lots of different scheduling systems, and this is my favorite! It is so simple and having times blocked off is the best thing for my job! Finding and scheduling is so easy and so is looking up customers. I absolutely love the different colors which makes it so easy to look at and automatically be able to see everything.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

My only really big complaint is how it automatically goes to the personal calendar and not the business, when the personal one isn't even used. It isn't a big deal, but it would be the only thing I could think to change.

**Recommendations to others considering MassageBook:**

I really recommend this, it's so easy that if you have a receptionist, an answer service, or anyone else that helps you keep your schedule, this will minimize errors so much!

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Like I said, at my company we schedule for lots of people. MassageBook helps minimize errors so that we can get people scheduled and make everyone happy! This way the massage therapist can be trustworthy that we will schedule their appointments correctly!

  ### 10. Great 1st choice for a new business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina S. | Licensed Massage Therapist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2018

**What do you like best about MassageBook?**

You can build your own website and book clients and have anyone search for your services.

**What do you dislike about MassageBook?**

It does not include SOAP notes for me to track my encounters with clients. This would save a lot of time and money if it were included digitally.

**What problems is MassageBook solving and how is that benefiting you?**

seamless booking services with clients. It is a one stop shop for clients to see my website, prices and services, and book with me.

  ### 11. A fine software, but not at all vital
