MarketMate AI Reviews & Product Details

Onboarding was really informative

MarketMate Ai Team super helpful during and after onboarding call, very personalized approach. I loved how you can really tailor your content and the Ai understands how different platforms and writing styles work. Overall, it was quite easy to use and I am excited to use it to support Celina Lee Surniak Coordination and different aspects of who she is and the different hats she wears!

I really like its versatility and it helping to craft content with ease! I also love that MarketMateAi integrates with Google Drive, so you can easily save your work and hone its uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It seems like there is a glitch where when I press the "Content" button, it generates lots of content, when I didn't necessarily want that. It also seems to open up 3 different tabs to generate that content. Those I think are minor items that will probably get fixed in time or it's on my end! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Content creation is tough, and any tool that makes it easier is incredibly value. What I like about MarketMate AI is that it tailors its output to fit the tone and style of the description you submit. This differentiates it from other AI tools which often use an overly polished writing style that comes off as inauthentic.

The end result is that you can harness the power of AI without losing your own voice and breaking your wallet. The savings with such a system are immense, and I highly recommend any marketing professional or small business owner check out MarketMate AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product is in its early stages (all tech products were at one point) but will be refined in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about MarketMate AI is that the product understands your product, whether B2B or B2C, understands your value props and your ideal customer profile, and creates content based on these user personas. It is easy to come up with new content ideas and becomes a part of your daily content creation activities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be better if MarketMate AI also analyzed competitors' keywords and their best working content and gave recommendations based on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven’t seen another platform as user-friendly and keeping customer experience in mind that utilizes this technology of the future. This has saved me 80 hours per month of labor, with the potential for more to come. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MarketMate helped draft new positioning for Everetics based on our CX Everetics360 solution and has helped us stand out from other providers. It easily saved me 12 hours of time crafting messaging for our website, cutting down our time spent on manual messaging by 80%. This saved about $3,000 in costs in 1 month. I highly recommend MarketMate to cut through the noise, understand not just products but market differentiation and value, and do so easily and quickly. One of the best, and most innovative, AI products I have seen because it considers your competitors and easily maps out your differentiators in a concise way." - Shane Smith Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Onboarding didn't cover all functionality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MarketMate AI has the uncanny ability to do what once would take marketers and sales enablement managers weeks on end, in virtually minutes. I love the persona generator and value prop creator that helps me refine my personalized outreach to my buyer personas.

The sales playbook tools are key to putting guardrails in place for sales as they do outreach and ensure that message resonance and consistency are being followed.

Another great part about MarketMate is the ability to generate a month's worth of content ideas and copy in under 10 minutes. This allowed me to go and focus on adding the "human element" to the various pieces of content and put effort to my publishing strategy instead of staring at the page trying to just get the first words out. It will be nice to see the tool integrate to other relevant tech we use, and have the ability to create one-off email use cases more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is hard to choose just one thing I liked best about MarketMate AI - likely, it is the ability to quickly generate content and refine it to meet my needs. I refer to MarketMate AI as my "brainstorm buddy". Whether I am building out a campaign, sculpting a pitch, or just just suffer from writer's block, MarketMate AI guides me in the process and generates so many ideas specifically geared towards B2B marketing that I feel inspired and capable of doing more. I wanted more continuity acrossed features. For example, I wanted to use saved buyer's personas in the other features. Fortunately, the team at MarketMate AI is available and flexible and added that capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything you need to speed up product marketing development and then quickly create sales collaterals and playbooks before sales teams are able to take "marketing" into their own hands often resulting in a mess to clean up.

The AI is truly superior to just the standard available and built to assist these marketing and sales tasks, which means less time rewriting/reprompting.

Super easy to use, the flow is well thought out and no implementation required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'd like to see some alternative to just text outputs for some of the areas like personas. Something more visual would save me even more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
