## About Maple
Maple is an AI voice agent for restaurants. It answers every inbound phone call, takes food and drink orders and deliveries into the restaurant's POS, books reservations, answers hours and FAQ questions, and transfers to a person when the caller needs a staff member. Restaurants use Maple so a missed ring does not become a missed order. The line is covered after close, during the lunch rush, and when the host stand is full. The voice runs 24/7 and has multilingual support. Orders sync to Toast, Square, Clover, Shift4, Chowbus, OpenTable, and most major POS systems — the ticket appears in the POS without re-typing on a tablet. Maple can upsell during the order, take a card payment on the phone, and show call and order analytics. Typical uses: - After-hours ordering on the published menu - Overflow when the floor staff cannot pick up - Reservation booking on OpenTable and in-house books - FAQ answers (hours, parking, catering) without pulling a manager - Multi-location groups that want one voice agent per store, with Enterprise support Plans: - Maple Voice — 24/7 answering, hours and FAQ, call transfer, analytics, multilingual support. $150/month, or $85/month billed yearly. - Maple Pro — Voice plus POS order injection, reservations, upselling, secure phone payments, and onboarding. $350/month, or $220/month billed yearly. - Maple Enterprise — multi-location groups, custom integrations, dedicated success. Talk to sales. There is no per-minute fee and no long-term contract. Setup is the menu, the POS, and reservation hours, typically minutes, not a weeks-long install. Menu size is not capped the way metered phone agents often are. Maple is built for independent restaurants and multi-unit groups that take a large share of orders by phone. It is not a generic call-center bot, not an SMS inbox, and not a POS.
