What ultimately convinced me to switch from Carta to Mantle, along with their outstanding support was there pricing plans. They are very competitively priced. **What do you dislike about Mantle?** Nothing. If you experience any problems, just ask. **What problems is Mantle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a consolidated place to manage our cap table and shareholders at a reasonable price. Mantle met those requirements. We had a few other equity platforms to evaluate. But, I'm super happy to have found Mantle. ### 2. The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that makes navigation straightforward, users find it easy to manage and visualize equity data with minimal training or explanation required. Mantle works very efficiently handling large datasets and multiple users with no significant downtime or performance issues noted. One of my favorite features is the timeline view making it visually appealing and also exciting to navigate through the company's event history. I also must mention that the Mantle team have been the most supportive and friendly throughout every step strating from making the implementation process super smooth and down to quickly responding to every concern or challenge that we face, constantly giving solutions and always optimizing, enhancing and introducing new product features. **What do you dislike about Mantle?** Would love to have more in-built valuation services. **What problems is Mantle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manlte automates and simplifies the management of our cap tables, stock options, and equity grants, etc. Scaling with our business, handling increasing volumes of equity transactions, stakeholders, and complex ownership structures efficiently. ### 3. We were able to implement very quickly. The user interface is straight forward and intuitive. It seems like they continue to add great features on a regular basis. After our series A, we found it very easy to update all information and issuing stock option grants is a breeze! **What do you dislike about Mantle?** My only "slight irritation" is that Mantle sends you a link every time you need to access your account. This is an important security feture so I live with the process. In the scheme of things, not a big deal! PLEASE NOTE: My review photo says I am CEO but I am EVP at ClearJet and cant seem to change this title. **What problems is Mantle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Once set up, Mantle makes issuing stock options grants very easy and automated. Having all CAP Table informaiton in one spot, including a great data room feature, makes life easy! ### 4. It combines cap table management, employee stock opion plan management, and board of directors management into one seamless platform. It has saved us thousands in legal fees by automating things like issuing stock option grants and board resolutions, and it gives every shareholder access to view their holdings at any given time, which cuts down on questions from our team and investors. This is the software Carta wishes it could be. **What do you dislike about Mantle?** Every time I've had suggestions or limitations on Mantle, for example issuing a stock option grant with custom vesting by month, their team has either helped me find a solution, or built that functionality within a matter of weeks. They are super responsive and receptive to ideas on how to make the platform better **What problems is Mantle solving and how is that benefiting you?** - Issuing employee stock options - Issuing board resolutions - Cap table management - Shareholder communications/access ### 5. All the things that get quickly scattered across multiple emails, files, and shared drives. Its easy to use and easy to implement. My only regret is I wasn't able to do this from day one. I would strongly endorse Mantle - but even more strongly recommend getting on boarded day one of your venture. And - keep it up to date - you won't regret it!! **What do you dislike about Mantle?** Nothing. We have been engaged as the product has been evolving and the team is amazing. Couldn't be more responsive and a pleasure to work with! **What problems is Mantle solving and how is that benefiting you?** The features we use most are cap table and employee options management.
