We've been so happy ever since we started using Mantle!

The platform has a clean, intuitive interface that makes navigation straightforward, users find it easy to manage and visualize equity data with minimal training or explanation required. Mantle works very efficiently handling large datasets and multiple users with no significant downtime or performance issues noted. One of my favorite features is the timeline view making it visually appealing and also exciting to navigate through the company's event history. I also must mention that the Mantle team have been the most supportive and friendly throughout every step strating from making the implementation process super smooth and down to quickly responding to every concern or challenge that we face, constantly giving solutions and always optimizing, enhancing and introducing new product features. Mantle is very easy to use and their team provides excellent onboarding support. We were able to implement very quickly. The user interface is straight forward and intuitive. It seems like they continue to add great features on a regular basis. After our series A, we found it very easy to update all information and issuing stock option grants is a breeze! My only "slight irritation" is that Mantle sends you a link every time you need to access your account. This is an important security feture so I live with the process. In the scheme of things, not a big deal!

I can't say enough good things about Mantle. It combines cap table management, employee stock opion plan management, and board of directors management into one seamless platform. It has saved us thousands in legal fees by automating things like issuing stock option grants and board resolutions, and it gives every shareholder access to view their holdings at any given time, which cuts down on questions from our team and investors. Every time I've had suggestions or limitations on Mantle, for example issuing a stock option grant with custom vesting by month, their team has either helped me find a solution, or built that functionality within a matter of weeks. Mantle is the best place for a start-up to manage their cap table, employee options, board management/resolutions and more. All the things that get quickly scattered across multiple emails, files, and shared drives. Its easy to use and easy to implement. My only regret is I wasn't able to do this from day one.
