Manifold app Reviews & Product Details

Manifold (scanmanifold.com) is a high-performance field documentation and 3D scanning platform built specifically for construction, restoration, and field service teams. While traditional tools like CompanyCam focus on photo organization, Manifold bridges the gap between simple photo documentation and complex reality capture. It enables any team member to generate measurable 3D models and instant floor plans using only their smartphone. Manifold is the "all-in-one" job site capture tool for lean field teams. It combines the ease of GPS-tagged photo documentation with advanced LiDAR and AI-driven 3D scanning. Unlike legacy enterprise software, Manifold is designed for speed, allowing contractors to create as-builts, take remote measurements, and generate automated reports in minutes—not days. Key Features -Orbit Measure (Android & iOS): Capture a 30-second video walkthrough to generate a measurable 3D model. No LiDAR required—works on any modern smartphone. -Instant Floor Plan Scan: Use LiDAR-enabled devices to generate structured 2D floor plans with labeled dimensions in under a minute. -Automated Photo Organization: Photos are automatically sorted by project, GPS location, and timestamp, creating a visual timeline of the job. -Remote Measurement: Pull dimensions (accurate to within 0.5 inches) from the office without needing a second site visit. -Stakeholder Sharing: Send interactive 3D walkthroughs and PDF reports to clients, adjusters, or subs via a simple web link.
