Being that working in a warehouse is people-intensive, it is important to optimize where to best place them to have them work in the best areas. Speaking from a management standpoint, we have had to do a lot of behind the scenes work ourselves to accommodate for systematic changes in Labor Management to aide it in working for us. We are constantly having to do very analytical functions within Labor Management as opposed to utilizing it as the tool it was perceived to be on the production floor in order to increase our efficiency as a department.
