It provides a real time labor tracking. LM is build to scale, since it is a cloud native. Friendly user interface. **What do you dislike about Labor Management?** Nothing to be frank, but they can make the UI more interactive, and it will be great if AI is enabled with the product. **What problems is Labor Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Manhattan LM does predict the cost by forecasting the demand. For example : RF scanners will receive the task and it will be auto assigned to the labour, hence it can predict the work load. ### 2. They make the best warehouse management software and Labor management is a part of that. **What problems is Labor Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being that working in a warehouse is people-intensive, it is important to optimize where to best place them to have them work in the best areas. It is important to know how many more people you need to have if the number of orders goes up (or down). ### 3. We are constantly having to do very analytical functions within Labor Management as opposed to utilizing it as the tool it was perceived to be on the production floor in order to increase our efficiency as a department. **Recommendations to others considering Labor Management:** Complete entire testing phase before implementing live into production. Ensure that you have sufficient amount of skilled personnel support to back up implementation. **What problems is Labor Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are on a mission to save labor costs. Labor Management does give you visibility into the daily work functions of all of your associates to create a more efficient working environment. ### 4.
